This was like eating in grandma's house. We were seated on the third floor of an old house and had to go up a narrow steep set of steps to get there. The food was good and the prices were reasonable. Minimal drink selection. The waitress was very attentive and sweet, new to the country from Romania. She provided excellent service. The lights flicker when the AC kicked on.
