Just ate the best pizza ever and on Gluten free base! Very hard to find a tasty gluten free pizza anywhere in the world! The owner and staff were wonderful and friendly. They don’t serve coffee and I was just dying for one so Joanna, the owner, asked one of her delivery guys to pick up a coffee for me and bring it back! Such a service!! Meeting nice people makes every day a joy. So between the delicious pizza and lovely owner and staff, this has been a joy! ?
Food is good but their customer service is terrible!! The website has completely different offers than what is offered in-store. You would think that they would honor it? No they don’t. Horrible business management!!!!
Tasty bread sticks, hot and crispy fries, food was great. I believe the owner was working that day and even though she was extremely busy with back house work, she was extremely friendly, attentive and welcoming. Definitely coming back next time we're in the area.
Excellent Food. Try the cinnamon rolls! And the portions for all of the rest of their entrees and appetizers, are huge! I would only suggest a more robust, blue cheese dressing. I got delivery, just recently.
This place was great, we always order the same thing for about 10 years now the Mamma Leone’s Special.I’m giving one star for great delivery time (almost too fast) & another for the chicken wings that were perfect.Negative one star for bad toppings, bad crust, bad cheese - the pizza was horrible we didn’t even have a second slice & it’s still an almost complete pizza, no ones had seconds even the next day & that has never happened in my household! Yes that bad & I hate to complain but the meat & crust were so hard like it had been left out & reheated. And all the specialty toppings that are normally cooked & under the melted cheese looked just tossed on top & some were still raw, barely cooked. Nothing like undercooked mushrooms, hard dry sausage & chewy green pepper oh yum. We were told it would be 45 minutes which we expected, but it arrived in less than 20 minutes. It literally looked like a left over thin crust cheese pizza that they just threw extra toppings on top & barely broiled it to reheat it. The cheese was not gooey but hard, very disappointing.
Great food and prices. We all ordered different food items, Chicken Parmesan, Calzone, Grinder and Pizza. All 4 items were served quickly and were delicious! Joanna, the host, was very attentive. Definitely will go back.
Just got home to heat up what was left over from lunch. Food was good but this is all that was left after I pulled at the lettuce and tomato off. Only 1 size for subs and they skimp on meat.
First of all, the pizza is so good! Got here at the time anticipated and the customer service was so dang friendly! It was overall a pleasant experience, definitely going to be my go-to pizza in Newport!
Delicious pizza and quick service! Our food was ready in about 5 minutes and it was super tasty! The service was really great too. Very friendly staff! Would visit again!
