Some of the best pizza I have had in a very long time. The only thing I didn't really enjoy, was there was no AC the day we visited, but I still thoroughly enjoyed the pizza with sweat pouring off my head. Haha. Big slices and size pies.
Best wood fired pizza. Italian style hand rolled thin crust. You could taste all the Italian spices and cheese in every bite. One of the best pizzas in all of New England IMO.THE OWNER Chef with the Bruins shirt on that we met was really nice and inviting to us. Made you feel welcome. Can't wait to eat my left over pizza. My wife and I came in for lunch today and had some of the best za we’ve ever had in RI. We will definitely be back.
A delicious pizza but expensive for the size and it took thirty minutes to be ready. Manager or owner said he would bring it right over after I asked why it was taking so long. He did not bring it over but instead, the point of sale representative yelled "small cheese" which prompted a person from a large group to grab it, despite us being there much longer.Poorly run.
Used to be the best pizza place in Newport when going by Via Via. Now can’t even order a pizza at 12:10 at night without being infinitely put on hold out of nowhere after the person answering the phone continuously asked for my address and because of a loud crowd in the store just decided he didn’t want to deal with me. I know this because I tried calling back to no avail. Too bad. Great pizza is nothing without great service. You lost a 20 year customer today.
Friendly staff, nice decor, very good pizza, probably the best I've ever had. I would definitely eat here again if I come back to Newport. Also, try the BBQ chicken pizza -- it's amazing.My only complaint is the bathroom being claustrophobic and is not clearly marked as one. At first I thought it was an entrance to a downstairs area as it is a metal door with a code lock on it. Just don't come here if you have to use the bathroom, lol.
Wonderful pizza! I forgot how good a pizza could be! Brick-oven baked. Crisp, crunchy crust with just enough sauce. Great variety of toppings. I can't say enough good things about their food and staff.
Try to ordering from this place today. Was more of a struggle than any person needs. Wanted to order six orders of chicken and broccoli Alfredo just to be told they don’t have Broccoli? Who runs out of broccoli on a Saturday? Website says it’s delivery. They said they can’t deliver. OK not a big deal. Then proceeds to tell me that I have to pay cash. If you’re that type of a business where you’re struggling that you can’t use credit cards which is about 85% of what customers used to pay then you probably just shouldn’t be in business. Decided to just cancel my order and go spend $200 down the road for my crew instead hassle free. This place needs an upgrade or new ownership
The food was below average. They missed order notes. Ordered pasta and it was cold. Lobster bisque was missing. The garlic bread with cheese was worse than the regular garlic bread the cheese was just cold and on top of the bread. No salt and pepper. No utensils. Please dont waste your hard earned money here.
Saying the food was avg is an understatement. I’ve had 6 dollar pasta from regular pizza places that have tasted way better. The food was so stale, my little cousin could whip up something better in less than 15 minutes
