All I asked for was a bagel toasted with butter and I got a cold bagel sliced in half I returned it and the customer service was the worst no sorry about that or anything just a blank stare
I live in New England and so have been in many Dunks. This was the fastest, most efficient, and cleanest I have ever been to! Wow!

I am a longtime customer to the Dunkin on Memorial Blvd in Newport. While the food is the same typical Dunkin food, the service has declined, significantly. The staff that is currently in this location are clearly just about a paycheck. There’s no urgency or desire to create a positive experience. My most recent visit was for lunch where I ordered 2 sourdough breakfast sandwiches. Mind you I was the only customer in the store. The person at the counter barely acknowledged me, didn’t show any interest in even being there, no smile and no personality. Just going through the motion. The person making the sandwiches showed the same lack of urgency or concern about how long I had to wait. I watched as she made my order, very slowly. Took them 10 minutes to get me out the door. There’s been many times I’ve walked out because of 2-3 people in line. I own a local business and don’t have that kind of time to wait for staff members at this location. I can’t say I’ll be coming back in spite of the fact there’s only 2 places I can go for a (quick) lunch.
Had the avocado toast! Very good! My new go to breakfast meal! Love the frozen coffee too!
