. 2 young men behind counter. A young couple in front of me. He was being served, she was trying to decide, several minutes went by. I was the only other person in shop so asked the server that was just standing there waiting for her, for a small cone. I found him rude and condescending when he ask that I get in line behind a chrome ralling, I did and continued to wait for the girl to decided. After a couple more minutes, the second server disappeared out back. I left, live close by, and won't be back, find help that can multi task.
Nice Ben & Jerry's with tons of flavors. No indoor or outdoor seating. Located in downtown. Great for the entire family with sundaes and cones and full service ice cream bar.
Always a win with Ben & Jerry's! Down here in Newport, RI the staff is friendly and very accommodating! Ample parking with a clean, simple layout. Stop in for a treat!! You won't be disappointed*
came here after getting a terrible bland ice cream from kilwins (love them but not today) and ben and jerry’s pulled through ?? the milk and cookies is to die for and really pulled me out of my ice cream depression today

Pricey and too sweet
Was amazing ice cream and waffle cones. The service was even better. They were in such a good mood and they answered all of our questions about their ice cream. Would 100% come back again.
The ice cream is great of course! The waffle cones were delicious ? The staff seemed awkward, and lost. BUT, they were friendly. I’m sure by the time it gets busy, they’ll be better. Think they’re just new to the retail game.
