Tonight my husband and I stopped in for dinner and were not only pleased with the wonderful salad, pizza, and calzone that we ordered (the crust on the pizza was AMAZING!) yet the server/bartender was incredible! Jeanine couldn’t have been nicer, more accommodating and helpful. Jeanine was super in every aspect of our meal with such attention to detail and with super friendly service. Thank you Antonio’s and Jeanine for a great experience!!!
Awful Website and Coupon System, Okay PizzaWe have given Antonio's MANY chances. Every single time, we've had an issue placing an online order. We alway first try to order online because that is the ONLY way to use the coupons they provide. We have never, NEVER been able to get the website to work correctly. It doesn't matter if we use a computer, phone, different browsers, etc. Nothing works. Each time when we finally call to place the order, they ALWAYS have an excuse for why the website won't work that particular time. At this point, I no longer believe that the online ordering is intended to work or that they want to fix the issues. The obvious question is, of course, why not just call to place the order and save ourselves the angst? It's so that we can attempt to use the coupons they regularly e-mail out since otherwise the food is a bit pricey. Unfortunately, they have never honored the coupons they've send us over the phone. Even when they acknowledge that the website isn't working, they claim they can't/won't apply the coupons over the phone. This is absolutely terrible customer service, and very disappointing. It seems dishonest to provide a coupon that only works with one system, not ensure that it is a working system, and then refuse to honor the coupon any other way. We've been trying to support local restaurants throughout the pandemic because we know it's been a struggle for many of them; however, I think after this most recent time, we are done with Antonio's.
Really good pizza and loved each slice. They constantly had the pizza by the slice serving line refilled so you always could get whatever they had on selection. I would definitely come back for more slices!
Good pizza. Cheese on slices gets a bit gummy after reheating. Decent sized individual slices and good selection but, $5 a slice is ridiculous.
Antonio's is by far our favorite pizza shop on Aquidneck Island. High quality ingredients and reasonable pricing. We like to order chicken bacon ranch or pepperoni. Nothing compares. Would highly recommend for takeout pizza!
My boyfriend and I ordered a large pizza and 16 wings using the $28.95 deal on the back of the menu and it came out to about $30 something after tax but when I checked my account they charged me near damn $45 dollars. Unbelievable. I won’t ever be ordering from them again
So many pizza options and you can pay by the slice or buy the whole pie. They also have great deals and a punch card where after so many slices you get some free slices.
Horrible service they blamed Grub hub, Grubhub explained they had order and didn’t do the correct motions.
I cannot thank you enough for the outrageously delicious gluten free Margherita Pizza!! So fresh, perfectly cooked, and gorgeous to look at, thank you!
Awesome pizza! Kind of cold and uninviting atmosphere. Friendly staff. Clean.
