This is the best pizza I’ve had so far in Newport and the toppings were amazing lots of toppings. Thank you for the amazing pizza
Tonight we ordered a large pizza for delivery from A1 because I’ve have always thought that they had the best pizza on the island. I placed an online order that said it would be up to 1 hr 5 min before it was delivered. At 45 min into the order I called and asked if I could just pick it up as I realized they might be short handed on drivers. I was told that my pizza was already out for delivery. After another 30 minutes I called and asked to cancel my order. The manager got on the phone and began yelling about how they are short staffed. Yeah buddy, I am a retail manager who has been short staffed since before Covid. Anyway, I ordered a pizza from another place, picked it up, and ate it all before the A1 pizza was delivered. When we refused the delivery from the A1 driver (which we were told to do by the manager) she was defensive and rude. I am so displeased with my A1 experience and will no longer order from them.

They use a third party delivery service which enables any discrepancy turn into a game of infinite phone tag between companies that results in being on hold forever and then being told by staff "we're too busy" and hung up.Speaking on the quality of pizza - we ordered from these guys because we wanted to support local businesses. The pizza tastes like cardboard with cheese. The garlic bread was a sub roll with oil.Speaking on the root of the complaint. We ordered and were charged for items that were not delivered. When trying to rectify the situation, we were hung up on repeatedly.I really recommend avoiding this business and seeking anyone else.

Order a chicken Ceaser wrap. Told the person taking my order 3 times I wanted a ceaser wrap. I pick and bring home and what do i get..... Chicken and cheese on a pita. No lettuce Ceaser dressing croutons nothing. Last time I was inside the staff was yelling across the store at each other. Will not spend another cent at this place. Lacks anycare or quality what so ever.
Driving from providence to this pizza place just for the pizzza is worth all the miles and gasoline.Best Pizza I have ever tasted ? uhhh thoses tomatoes ? and the cheese omg ? (fainted) is everything.......May God bless this place....
This place is disgusting. Rudest people. Ordered pizza with mushrooms and xtra cheese got burned pizza hardly any cheese on it and the guy was very rude told me he was too busy to make another one. No name tag so I didnt get his name. I will never return.

Obsessed with this pizza. The bottom tastes like it is buttered, and there is nothing like it!!! On 3 occasions, the cheese came over cooked, but it was still amazing and worth it…so perhaps order toppings to ensure it is monitored more
