I waited over 20 minutes in the lobby without being acknowledged, along with 2 other people in the lobby. Employees would stand right in front of us and say nothing, not making eye contact. I saw 3 employees come in, clock in from their break, and then disappear without a word. When I finally got someone's attention to ask about my food, they said it was last priority after drive-thru was caught up because drive-thru is on a timer. Drive-thru was so backed up I would have been waiting another hour. I was also told that only 3 people were working, when I could see 6 people just in my line of sight. When they finally got around to making my order, I was told they were out of several of the ingredients needed for my order, including nacho cheese. I never received my food and had to call Taco Bell corporate to request a refund. I know they're somewhat short staffed right now, so I tried to be patient, but this was completely unacceptable.
I wish I could give them half of a star. This place has horrible customer service. The cars in the drive thru is very long and when you go inside the employees look at you from the kitchen and totally ignore you and keep chatting.
Order took a while and they forgot the sauce and no napkins. I'd go again, because TB is great, but I'm double checking the bag next time
The food here is horrible poorly made or put together they need to train there employees better in making there food because when we just went it just looks like they slapped it together there's either to much cream cheese or very little meat tucked away at the bottom that's it whoever trained them needs a lesson on how to make food that's actually food not junk I'm never eating here again
it is honestly the little things that mean most to me. I do not feel that all fast few restaurants possess employees that are sincerely nice and professional and make a customer feel appreciated. Krystal took my order and my payment and she was very nice and made a bad day not so bad for me.
The food was good BUT... I was the only one in there at the counter and was standing there literally 11 minutes waiting for someone to take my order while the workers walk right by me and look at me..there was no reason for that..
Sometimes errors in the order, prices are high for tacos but we all like tacos, dont we? I like the chicken tacos and bahablast. It's always crowded that tells you that they are good!
Will not be returning to this location again. 2 spicy potato tacos with extra sauce. I repeated extra sauce 3 times.. they only put extra on one and none on the other. So much sauce it spilled out onto my lap and in my vehicle. Ball busters.
Very clean, was actually sanitizing high traffic surfaces while we were in there. Food was delicious, honestly best taco bell we've ever had, everything was fresh and hot and our orders perfect despite quite a few customizations
