We decided to stop in here on the way home from church Easter Sunday. Service was excellent, we were well taken care of, bathroom was nice and clean, looked like it was recently updated as it was very stylish. But best of all was the food, it was delicious! I had the “Triple Delight”, it was a hefty serving and reasonably priced. We will definitely be back to this restaurant soon! I’m glad we didn’t read the negative reviews before going, we would’ve missed out on a delicious meal!

My wife and I just had a drink here. We each had a Mai tai and they were great! Our server was very attentive and very nice. You should give it a shot.

Love it ! Been there 3 or 4 times and will visit again.. the value boxes are my favorite. Food is very good. Fresh and no msg. Prices are reasonable. Enjoy talking sports with Mike. Service is excellent as well. They give you a lot of food for the money. Totally satisfied!

Average food. Not really Chinese - kind of a mishmash of Chinese, Japanese and other things. Food was just OK - tough, doughy potstickers, heavy gooey sauce on mongolian beef, etc. Also, the staff was rude and inconsiderate - not a single person was wearing a mask in the middle of Omicron. Won’t go back just for that reason alone.

The flavor is pretty good as well I wish it had a little bit more to linger. Overall, red ginger has a modernized system on taking orders and executing them. I placed an order online for pick up and it was seamlessThe location of a restaurant will have an effect on their prices because of their customer pool. So some folks will consider it high.

On NYE I placed an order using their website which gave me a pick up estimate for 5:15PM but never got a notice that the food was ready to be picked up so I started calling- when I finally got through at 630PM I could hear a busy restaurant and the woman who answered said only her manager handled online orders, he would call me call back because he was on the phone with another customer. At 9:30 PM he called saying my food was ready 30 mins ago and ? I told him I’d placed that order hours ago and had cooked a meal for my family instead since they didn’t come through. His response was that their messages go through an answering service and he never got the message that I called… not an apology or even an offer to deliver it? I was super glad I had opted to pay in-person instead of paying online. I was really annoyed but after reading these reviews I feel we probably dodged a bullet!

Food is never fresh i always find frozen blocks in my rice. I have called multiple occasions about this situation. Recently i called to order the same as i always have, when ordered they tried too I crease the price by $2 when i have. Recent from previous transaction this week. Very rude owner hang up the phone. DONT GO HERE FOOD IS RE-COOKED AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RUDE!!!!!

This place used to be a wonderful treat when Sally ran it. Now the new owners have cut corners on everything including smiles! Such a shame
