The food is always good and the service is great

Consistently delicious!! Excellent service

Everything is fresh and delicious. Excellent service.

Delicious! Best veal parm. Highly recommend

This place is absolutely phenomenal. The best Italian I’ve ever had! We come here for takeout two or three times per month. This evening we went by to pick up our order and the waitress handed us our food and a free appetizer and thanked us for our continued patronage. Best Italian around hands down!

Good food the personal service was great and friendly I think comebacks again

Best homemade rigatoni. The chicken parm with pink Vodka Sauce was to die for. My husband had the traditional chicken parm also excellent. I had the Veal Christine and it was very good. Wonderful staff and very nice atmosphere. Can't wait to go back again.

Awful, awful. Husband and I had dinner there last Thursday. We expected it to be some what like in Johnston. Doesn’t have the Italian restaurant atmosphere at all. All waiters and waitresses look about in their 20’s and 16. It’s like going to a pizza joint for dinner…I think the other pizza restaurants has a much better atmosphere than this place. First off, water was room temperature. Husband had to ask for some ice, giving it was hot and humid that day, we wanted something cold to drink. Then the came…anyone ever eaten end and stale bread?? It’s like eating cardboard. Now the salad…it was ok. Probably another day the romaine lettuce would become orangey and lumpy. Husband ordered Veal Parmigiana and pasta…his favorite @ Pat’s in Johnston. I ordered Veal Saltimbocca….LOOKS good. I cut a piece , took a bite, OMG. I had to spit it out. The Veal was nasty and tasted rotten. I cut another tiny piece to try again….BAD. I think the Veal was either a few days old and left out to rot. I had my husband try a small piece, he had to spit it out. He called our waiter, told him the veal was nasty and tasted rotten. He ask my husband, didn’t you ordered veal also??. My husband said, “ try her veal and tell me”. Waiter said, I’ll send it back and let the cook know. He came back, ask me, if I wanted the cook to make me another one…LOL. NO, thank you. Yes, husband Veal parmigiana was fine. In fact, it was pretty good. Manager never came to apologize for serving ROTTEN Veal. In fact, she walked by our table and just looked at my husband with kind of a smirked attitude…if, she was the manager. NEVER, again would we have dinner @Pat’s in Coventry.

Pat’s in Coventry always proves to be a terrible experience. My boyfriend loves their chicken parmigiana, so we order from here. They never get the order right (we order homemade pasta and don’t get it, but pay extra for it), when I ask to get a little extra pasta sauce, they either charge $4 for a small cup of it or suggest I purchase a jar of sauce. Tonight, NYE, I was explaining to the man who took my order that I want the minute amount of sauce that they do give to be evenly distributed on my chicken, to which he replied, “I’m have a lot of calls to answer, do you want to buy a jar of sauce?” What kind of customer service is that????? Like what I want as a PAYING CUSTOMER, doesn’t matter. And they charge too much for the small amount of food you get. They only care about the money, not customer satisfaction. I’ve been waiting for 45 mins for my food, let’s see what they screw up this time...

We order takeout often from Pat’s, good Italian food, accommodating service and NO MISTAKES with our orders. We experience takeout mistakes with other Johnston restaurants and it’s so annoying! Always something missing from the order. Pat’s provides knowledgeable pleasant employees answering the phone taking your order. They give attention to dairy allergies and any special requests. Their Shrimp Scampi is great, just enough garlic, good size fresh crisp shrimp, I add baby spinach to it when I get the order home. Very good Veal Cutlets. Nice selection of pastas! Raditore is great. Food is always fresh. Pats also includes soup with your entree, very nice touch! The Italian bread isn’t great, a restaurant of this caliber should offer a top quality crusty Italian bread with a flavored butter. Pat’s is definitely a good choice for Italian food!
