I asked for cheese on two chicken sandwiches, paid the extra, didn't get it. My chicken sandwich was very dry. The drive thru person was rude. Requested no tarter sauce on fish filet... It had tarter sauce. Cook didn't pay attention to the order!
This is not a 24hr location - 1377 Atwood Ave, Johnston, RI - I went there at 12:15am. Confirmed via website, and signs entering into the parking lot. The digital one states inside open 6am-10pm, but the drive thru is open late. No times given. When I went to get in line I was told that they were closed and no longer serving. All the lights were on and they were still answering the drive thru speakers right away. Won't be going back there anytime soon.
Long wait but they were understaffedI would have suggested closing the inside to get the drive thru cleared. They were slammed. It took 30 min to get my kid a happy meal that was made wrong.
Drive thru is always ridiculously slow, unless it's a busy time of day my fries are usually cold and flopped over. Employees seem nice and helpful though
I'd put zero stars if possible...they ruined my food order and of course I didn't check it ,so I find out when I get home...when I called the store they told me to bring back the food and they'd remake it...like IM HOME ALREADY!!! just give me a double cheeseburger credit like every other burger shack on the planet...

This place is awful they always over cook everything. The english muffins are super hard and burrnt in the morning. The bread on the big mac's are also over cooked and hard. I will make sure to skip this place.
I had gotten a McDonald's card with a couple other cards in a birthday card..I went to McDonald's tonight to get a chicken sandwich and an ice coffee. When I went to the window to pay they scanned the card and said it didn't work.. I was embarrassed and said how sorry I was.. then another guy came to the window and said I can have the food anyways... that was so nice and unexpected...
