If I could give less than a one star I most certainly would. Ordered a smoked Salmon salmon only to find their version of smoked is uncooked. I cannot tolerate raw seafood as it upsets my stomach. Despite this they refused to refund or replace my salad with one is lesser cost even though I literally did not touch the salad. Yet the gentlemen next to me received a sandwich he did not like and it was replaced for the gentleman immediately.
The atmosphere was modern, unique and comfortable. My Vanilla Dirty Chi was delightful! I will be back! The staff was friendly, polite and helpful!Definitely recommend!
Love the coffee and snacks here. However, it seems like only 10% of the time if I request ketchup on my sandwich - it ends up on the sandwich. So i'm not sure if I'm being asked to stop asking or go somewhere else.
Both lattes we got tasted extremely burnt sandwiches were okay but the egg was over cooked and browned. Overpriced for what you’re getting.. we also asked for 2 bottles of water and they didn’t give them to us.
Local spot,so its convenient to stop in..they make a decent cappuccino and they're friendly! 3.5 stars
The food is DELICIOUS and some unique menu items to choose from which is new and refreshing! The staff is super friendly and nice. But I am so sorry… the coffee tastes SO BAD! I want to like this place… I really do, I’ve tried multiple different times and the coffee always tastes BURNT and NASTY! I usually order a latte… I figured okay maybe their latte machine runs too hot or something, let me try an iced coffee… it didn’t even taste like coffee. It tastes like water honestly. I don’t know what it is or if I just go at the wrong times… but it really disappoints me because I’d rather go here than go to Dunkin’! I have a nespresso machine at home and when I am out of milk or want something different I go here… and it makes me wish I stuck with my nespresso every time. $7 for a burned bad tasting coffee is just sad :(
I love Latte Love House from the fresh smoothies to their pastries and sandwiches. Everything here tastes fresh and yummy.Hands down one of the cutest cafes that is near Rhode Island College to study and have plenty of parking with seating. I highly recommend their bagel sandwiches it’s really good. The bagels are sourced well and don’t taste like it came from a supermarket.Pro tip: follow their social media to keep up with their drink flavors. They nail it every time and it sells out quick !
