First time at this location and had to write a review. I was having a rough day and staff treated me like family. They were so friendly, so communicative, and seemed like such an incredible team. They made me laugh and kept the busy line going, too. After checkout, the gentleman behind the counter handed me a free sub card; it made my month. If you ever read this, man - thank you. You're an amazing human being. Oh, and your sandwich-making skills are worthy of 5-star restaurants. If you're looking for incredibly tasty sandwiches and an even more incredible customer service experience, Jersey Mike's is your place.
At these prices the bread should never be stale, but it's hit or miss here. My last 2 times here the bread was stale.
We love Jersey Mikes! Always fresh, fast, and delicious! Buy the giant ones and keep for lunches the next day. In Jersey you can get an amazing sub on practically every corner, but in New England, this is the place. I can't stand the sub style sandwiches with everything stuffed in the middle. JM's cuts the bread all the way and makes everything in a mound before putting the meats and fillers. Hot subs use high quality meats. Worth the $.
Better sub than all the other chains, subs were loaded, plenty of meat ,cheese and all the other fillings. I gave it 4 stars only because closest one is 20 miles away.

The customer service was good, and the wait was ok. However, paying $9 for a six inch sub with the same amount of meat I could find a Subway sub is simply unacceptable to me. I could not have been more disappointed

First and last time getting a sandwich here spend 19 dollars for a giant sandwich that was a regular size sandwich I got if that a giant sandwich that's nuts
Tried jersey Mike's for the first time last week, absolutely horrible and the people are not friendly
I buy Jersey Mikes all the time - but today ( June 19, 2021 ) my original Italian grinder was awful. The roll was stale and hard, the sandwich was really dry, there wasn't enough oil and vinegar on it. I was very disappointed.
