Only giving one star because I can't give 0! Called and ordered dinner tonight was quoted 30-45 minutes for delivery. Called back after a little over an hour just to check in. Was told another 5-10 minutes. Called back at just under 2 hours to see what was going on and wasn't given an apology, discount, nothing. I was asked if I wanted to cancel my order. Never again will we order from here! Very disappointed!!

We were so excited to try this place after all the great reviews. Ordered takeout and were immensely disappointed. Mozzarella sticks were greasy and rubbery, fries were undercooked, received the wrong sandwich (ordered pastrami and got chicken parm) and the eggplant parm over ziti had zero taste. I didn’t think it was possible to make eggplant parm with no taste (and no, I don’t have COVID) but Famous Pizza managed to do it. Perhaps their “fame” is the lackluster quality.
Terrible customer service! Ordered 3 pizzas explained to them our address and the rudely stated they know where it is( everyone gets it mixed up) showed up the the wrong address. After paying and an hour and a half later the driver took off rather quickly pizzas looked like the driver slammed on the breaks and turned into calzone We called to complain and they could not remake the pizza as they were closing, and stated they would give us a refund credit for the next time. 1 month later it was a fight to get our money back they wanted to only credit us 1 pizza stay away. Extremely rude and unprofessional!!!!!!
Horrible experience. I ordered 3 large pizzas and was told that they would be delivered within 45 minutes. An hour past the time I called I called inquiring where the pizzas were. I was told that the delivery driver went to the wrong address and that he would be there in about 20 mins. Upon his arrival I opened all the pizzas to find them squished against the side of the box. I called and explained that the pizzas were all squished and messed up. I was told that the pizzas could be remade but unfortunately it was well past 8:20 and I didn’t want to wait over an hour again so I asked for a refund. I was told that refund couldn’t be processed but that he would give me a credit for the 3 crushed pizzas. I called and ordered again the same 3 pizzas I had ordered previously as well as an additional 2 orders of chicken wings that I made very clear I was acknowledging were extra. I was told that they weren’t going to give me all 3 pizzas free but I told them that’s what I was told and the only reason I was giving them another try. I was told it was all set. About 5 minutes later I got a call saying my order was going to be cancelled and that I could go and drive during a snow storm to get my cash because they were going to refund me. I will never be ordering again. If your going to be a successful business you should more then definitely keep your word to your customers.

Ordered a pizza online tonight. This was time that I had their pizza. I checked off donexwell but the dough was not cooked through. The sauce seemed watery and very bland.

Best Pizza in the state as far as I’m concerned and the chicken soup is to die for. Took 1 Star off due to fresh Peperoni no longer used not a fan of the bagged flat Peperoni does not compare to the one that curls up.
