I used to love this Dunkin. Lately, they’re the worst. They’re so rude, always giving attitude when taking orders. I placed a mobile order today & ordered 2 blueberry donuts (paid for over app), and instead of saying they didn’t have any, they gave me nothing. Went inside to at least get 2 donuts and the woman looked at me like I was crazy for asking for something I paid for. Very unprofessional the last few months.
Keep in mind this is being posted while still angry LOL.It's Saturday morning I just went to Cumberland farms to get a breakfast sandwich and they don't have any because they're short-staffed so I went over to Dunkin' donuts where I'm waiting in the long drive through eventually I just order my sandwich get to the window where it says will not accept any bills over 20 alls I had was a 50 after waiting 15 minutes they said sorry can't take it and took the sandwich! Really ? Cool! ? Have a nice day!
Killingly st always makes my coffee the best the one on 44 I won't go to anymore they always messed my coffee up
Very busy drive-thru but orders are completed quickly. My coffee was just as I ordered it and the cashier was very pleasant. Couldn't ask for better at a Dunkin.'
They are ok but coffee seems to be watered down lately and they raised all their prices
They are far best place they are fast and get things right they are on it great place
This place is hands down the greats dunkin on earth. Everytime i go in i get a perfect coffee. There are some really sweet people, especially joe, he has some good working skills
No restroom for customers. Wanted to get work done and brought my laptop, couldn’t get nothing done.
Every morning need my ice coffee carmel swirl. i love the Charles' as well but only one a day now!!
The food and service are exceptional!
