My Fiancé is Pregnant also working at that Dunkin and one of the Employees name Asa threaten to hit her and then we complained about what he said and would do to my fiancé.We then got called by the multi manager of the store and she said he will be fired. Then we found out he was still working there. Not going there anymore and I’ll be informing corporate about this as well not happy with that store nor the manager Manny.

Check your workers whoever is the main manager. There’s one guy who sleeps with the manager as in having intercourse!! One time I was in line trying to order when suddenly the worker went outside for cigarette in the middle of service !! Check y’all staff!!
Its the life line of us normal coffee drinker. Try to order the same at star bucks it will for sure suck
We order coffee through grub hub twice and both times they are wrong. And try to call the store no one picks up tried for a hour. They are not very professional at all
I went here for some yummy scrumptious energizing coffee for my tired sleepy morning. My whole family piled into the car and were soooo super duper excited for dunkin. On our way there we chanted dunkin in preparation for the wonderful experience we expected. When we got there though, the entrance was super confusing to find and there were absolutely no signs directing us, so we had to park in a different parking lot and walk across. We entered into a stuffy claustrophobic store. The lady at the counter seemed nice but definitely over customers. We ordered and she was very confused but we had patience. We waited for so so so long and they weren’t even that busy. We received a hot coffee that we asked for iced, they forgot the caramel in my Iced Caramel Swirl Reg and the Hot Chai Latte was luke warm if even that. My mom cried as she held the cup in her hand. My sister is writhing around in stomach pain as I type this. All I wanted to do is to bring some joy into my family’s life, but instead got sadness and disappointment. Would not recommend. Went for some energizing scrumptious coffee and ended up with a bad experience and poor coffee.

This is not the 1st or 2nd time that I have gone into this dunkin donuts but the 4th time and I have not been able to get a late because they are cleaning it. I've always gone between 12 and 4 or my coffees and from experience they should not be cleaning there espresso machine until it's time for them to close. There customer service is not where it should be. If I knew the girls name her attitude was not cute. Something has to get done because the corporate is going to be called.
