I love Chipotle (and have been a stockholder for years), but the quality of the Atwood location seems to be declining. The serving pans are often low or out, and they seem to run out of things on occasion. Ingredients are often not strained properly (resulting in very soggy burritos), and portions are light (usually about 2/3 to 3/4 of a bowl) most of the time. I love the fresh, tasty food at Chipotle, but the Atwood location has become hit or miss. The couple of times I've ordered from the app there have been similar problems. Same story with the E. Greenwich location, but that's a small sample. I'll try to find another Chipotle location more consistent with Chipotle's typical high quality.I wish there was a Chipotle in or near Narragansett.
Ordered online with a 7:00pm pickup time. Sat here waiting with 5 people visible in the kitchen until 7:32pm... also out of chips, not enthused.
First and last on this location. The place was dirty. The tables (all) of the table were not cleaned and the floor either. The guy responsible to clean all the mess was high and hiding hiding in the corner on his phone. Loud ghetto music on. The place was just filthy including the area where they prepare your order.
I ordered my food online for a 9pm pick up and when I got there to pick it up my chips, queso and guacamole were not there. I asked the girl at the counter and she said they ran out of chips so they couldn't give me them. I wasn't offered a refund or anything even though I was charged for everything. Terrible service and I wouldn't recommend ordering online from this Chipolte because you will be charged whether you recieve the food or not.
Great place! Clean and friendly, just what you want and need at Chipotle.
Came here to chipotle with my friends, we’ve spent at least 40$ on A burrito that was Doubled same as well with a burrito Bowl and a small chips with guacamole, and once I picked up my ordered, my bowl was very tiny with not x2 the meat or rice or much of it it was much much more less than a normal bowl, I’m not gonna pay extra money just to get less of the meat, very disappointed with this place horrible.
This was the first time I've ever been to Chipotle and it will be the last. I ordered a bowl and went to the cashier who told me it was $10.75. When I pulled cash out of my wallet they told me they did not have any change due to a coin shortage. She then informed that she was going to round it UP and charged me $11.00. Believe me, it has nothing to do with the extra $0.25, it's just a mere principal that they took it upon themselves to round it up. I will be bringing my business to Baja instead (I think they're better anyway).
My coworker and I came here today because the location on branch avenue in providence is never open. There is always a paper on the door saying closed even though there are people inside. This Chipotle in Johnston is clean and when it was my turn to order everything was fresh fully stocked and the people were very nice. My meal was awesome, I will be coming back here for lunch whenever I get a chipotle craving.Do not go to Chipotle branch ave in providence.
I love chipotle’s but unfortunately my burrito bowl was not what I expected! The rice was uncooked the portion was small, I also ordered chips with guacamole’s and got like 15 chips lol. I guess will be going to another chipotle.
Worst Service Ever!!! ???? Declining by the day! Negative 10 stars if I could. Walked in to buy food with real hard earned money, and was DENIED SERVICE because the item I wanted is now only available through the app that I choose not to have on my phone, RIDICULOUS ??♂️??♂️??♂️ I guess Chipotle doesn’t care about losing customers
