Service is always very nice. Atmosphere is great as well, If you are sitting in.Coffee is pretty good and assortment of food also nice.
Love it! Great friendly service and good drinks! Some of the sandwiches I saw being served looked tempting too!
Highly dissapointed. Called and ordered online for pick-up. Upon arrival I was told to get in line and then pay at the register. (Wait behind people who havent ordered yet as im already holding my order) My food was now COLD and to top it off, I get home to realize they messed the order up. If you're gonna offer pick-up, I suggest a register over by the pick-up area for prompt exit--Hence the whole reason for ordering over the phone. Great job.

Went to a branch (Atwells Ave. at 12:30) with signs outside that said open til 2:00. Was locked and lights out. Went to another branch (Cherry Hill). They were open, seemed well staffed, but waited 1/2 hour for a tuna melt. I had come to really enjoy this establishment, but have since been disappointed with closings and poor service. Food and beverages are very good, but pricey. Currently not worth the high end price for the low end service. I hope they figure it out quick, or they will lose customers dramatically.
The young lady that took my order forgot about me. She fulfilled other orders and looked right at me, but she still didn't remember my drink. Fortunately, an older worker asked her why I was standing there. She immediately got my goddess drink, and her eyes were very kind as she thanked me for waiting. Because of her, I'm giving 2 stars. I know it's hard to find good help these days, and she was probably having a rough day, but she seemed more upset that a young man was leaving while she was still working. I'll go through the drive thru next time.
This place is run by racists and homophobes. They underpay their staff. And there may or may not be roaches. Enter at your own risk.
Just stopped in for a bagel and was told it’s a 25 to 30 minute wait to have a bagel toasted this place is ridiculous. If you don’t have enough staff then you should close the doors food isn’t that good anyways
kinda wild, I just went here and it's almost like we're not in the middle of a pandemic. no employees were wearing masks, and for some reason while we went through the drive through, they gave my card back in one of those leather envelopes you get when you dine in, and it was filthy. if you actually believe in science and are careful about exposure to potential covid, you probably don't wanna go here.
