I go there around 2 times a week and they are friendly. But today I ordered my usual 1/2 ground beef 1/2 buffalo chicken with nachos at 11.99$ and today they were very nasty saying that is extra meat and charged me 2.00$ more with no xtra meat same portion - she was very very rude .They didn’t give me any XTRA meat (((1))))spoon of each meat equaling regular amount of meat no XTRA meat….. Still charged me for XTRA meat!!!!!!!!! The service was not okay I always paid 11.99 The service was “AWFUL “”” Penny pinching “MEAT “” For the xtra meat charge you should get at least “””3””” spoons of meat???? Baja left a bad taste ? in my mouth!!!!! Better off going to Taco Bell An

Carnitas burrito with rice, black beans, grilled vegetables, cheese, sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo is what I get every time, and it is one of the best burritos I've ever had in my life. This time I got a steak, and shrimp. Outstanding!
Burrito was great. I had the steak and it was very good and seasoned well. What ruined a near perfect experience was the cheese. It is 7 eleven or movie theater cheese quality. Baja change your cheese and I’ll be back over chipotle for sure.
For starters it is difficult to order in person because of masks + sneeze guard + super loud music! The first 2 I understand are needed but, turning down the music would help communication.The nacho cheese is typical plasticy orange sauce, not very tasty (Chipotle has very good cheese sauce, Dennys does as well.) We collectively got most of the meats available (no shrimp) and they were are dry, especially the pork and shredded beef. Thinking we won't be back.
It was pretty good but they definitely don't put enough meat on. I got a bowl, something similar to what I would get at Chipotle or Cilantros. Definitely would have had more meat on it at the other 2.
