So far so good. Had the lunch special lasagna which comes with soup salad bread and lasagna for 11.00. Haven’t had lasagna yet but sure it’s good. Downed the salad and soup!!! Definitely worth hearing commercial on radio to try these guys out.
A good pizza , 3 stars because the waitress try to move my baby stroller forput the pizza in the table , she suppossed to ask if i can move it .
Jen was a nice hostess and friendly. Waitress was inattentive. Fish and chips were delish. Husband said his lasagna was cold but waitress wasn't around much to tell her. Had to ask for refills. Kids loved the pizza
I always get their chicken parm dinner plate and substitute the marinara sauce with Alfredo sauce instead. It tastes amazing! All the appetizers taste so good. Their stuffed shells are another go to plate. Gave it 4 stars bc the service is usually great but sometimes the servers don't acknowledge you.
I ordered the Cleopatra sandwich. It has chicken tenders onions pickles lettuce and tomato on it. Why on earth would anyone want their lettuce and tomato hot on the sandwich?!?! I personally like my vegetables cold, cool but never hot. They heated the vegetables with the sandwich. Soggy cooked lettuce and tomato, It's gross. Totaly disappointed.
We were a party of 10 so we were seated in the 'overflow/function room'. Unfortunately, this room was un-staffed. The server assigned to us had 6 tables in the main dining room so, needless to say, we were pretty much abandoned. And she was clearly overwhelmed and frustrated so...not real friendly. Water was brought quickly. Everything else took forever. Twenty minutes for 2 glasses of wine. Forty-five minutes to order the mixed drinks and the entrées. When our meals finally arrived the dishes were hot and delicious so kudos to the kitchen. Some of our group spent the wait enjoying time with the family. Others became increasingly frustrated over the lack of attention. When it came time to pay the tab we were told it couldn't be split. That meant that one of us had to become the collector, use their card and recoup from the cash-strapped later. I and some some of the others might visit again (only to the main dining room) but as a group, never again.
A classic red sauce joint. Everything is like my nana makes, pizza included. When you absolutely have to have some lasagna or stuffed shells, this is a pretty great contender.
I've been going to Uncle Tony's since my parents took me as a kid. Have never gotten a bad meal in the 45+ years we've gone. We always use their catering at holidays, too.
Uncle Tony's in Cranston and Johnston are awesome the food is great the sauce is great. Don't ever go to the one in Pawtucket omg I ordered the pasta and clams they were so slow getting the food out and the sauce was so nasty there they need a new cook .the waitress asked if she could get me another meal so I got fish and chips. I thought they all had the same recipe for sauce but I don't know what can this guy took it from but it was so nasty it tasted like hot ketchup I will never go back to the one in Pawtucket. My friend wondered why no one down that end ordered pizza from them and said places food sauce was gross till he tasted mine.were so used to the exceptional taste and service from the one in Cranston and Johnston to come here to this one was a nightmare.
Looking for casual dining with budget friendly options? Uncle Tony's has you covered. Convenient locations makes this one of my go-to spots for client lunches, catching up with friends, and family dinners.
