What happened to this place it was Organized NOW.???we order the buy 1 get 1 for $1.not hard 2 1/4 pounders..my came aton of ketchup and bacon ?? which was very surprising. My wife's quarter pound came without bacon and a ton of onions on top and a whole lot of mustard.Fortunately we went through the drive-through and brought the stuff home and just decided to eat it.. There's been other times we've had problems with either missing product or wrong product one time we even got somebody else's order.
Just sat in line for about a half hour for hockey puck burgers and frozen cheese and rock hard buns
This was the most disappointed I've ever been with a McDonald's before. Two people in front of me in line and ordering was quick and easy. While I was waiting for my order, I noticed the drink station was an absolute mess: Lids, napkins, and straws everywhere...nobody had cleaned it in some time. I then noticed the trash cans inside and outside were both overflowing. I proceeded to wait for my food, the two people in front of me left, orders were being walked out the door to the drive-through customers. 12 minutes later I asked where my food was. They scrambled to get it together quick. Finally after 16 minutes I had my family's food. Meanwhile this whole time the workers are just meandering around, not seeming to be in a rush. The worker preparing the bags of food to go was consistently on her cell phone. The restaurant itself had a more modern look then other McDonald's I've been in. The bathrooms are clean. Plenty of seating and parking. Large play place and seating there as well but of course it's closed. I don't plan on visiting this McDonald's again. The service and cleanliness was a disgrace.
Couldn’t get 2 cheeseburger plain right
My sister went there ordered two plain cheeseburger got two inside out buns with cheese. Was told wrong order however the tag says 2 cheeseburger plain.
Years ago this used to be the best run McDonalds around now it's the worst run. You pull up to the drive thru and you're the only person in line and you wait. I'll be right you is 3-4 minutes of waiting just to order with no one in line. I've timed the order multiple times and it's always 10 minutes plus from pulling up to the speaker until the time we get the food. and that's with no line or barely any line. the staff inside are always on phones, goofing around, cursing, touching each other, it's like a high school. terrible establishment.
Drive thru my ordered Two chicken meals, both came out nothing and I mean nothing on them. They would have been so much better if even a squirt of mayonnaise was on it. How do you employee people and have them run your business so badly shame on you.
Cold,super salty fries. Not great even by fast food standards. For some reason this McDonald's has the WORST fountain drinks. I think maybe their water filter is broken because the soda tastes horrible every time.
Food was ok the French fries were cold. And ordered 2 shamrock shares and only got one. Was told the machine would not make a second one.
Thanks for the hard nuggets… someone came in the other drive-through line after me and gotten their order taken before me while I was still put on hold. Then I ordered a meal and was told there was no soda… Fine so I ordered just the nuggets and the fries and it was pretty much the same price as the meal would’ve been so basically I paid the same amount and got less product. And after all that, my nuggets are stale AF I can tell these have been sitting here for three hours
