if I could give zero stars I absolutely would. This is the WORST Marylou’s I’ve ever been too. I have been coming to Marylou’s for the last 3 months and the staff has changed drastically. The new management is awful. I’ve personally watched management disrespect the employees. I refuse to give my money to a company that can’t even treat their employees decently never mind increasing their prices every 3 months for the most awful coffee. If you can’t handle being a human then you probably shouldn’t be a manager. And her name was SARAH. if you see Sarah stay far away don’t bother even ordering a coffee because you’ll get the most disrespectful attitude.
I went there today 45 minutes before they close and they refused to make me a frozen coffee because “the blenders are done for the night”. It takes two minutes to clean a blender. You should just write the word lazy on your forehead. Anyways, I drove an extra 18 minutes to another Mary Lou’s, they made me a frozen ice coffee with only 7 minutes until close.
Love the coffee and Tea but i ordered a small tea with extra rasberry and got charged $3 more for extra flavoring.. i can see a dollar but $3 is ridiculous
I love how patient the staff are when I come to the counter. I never know what I want and never know how to order and their willingness to help very reassuring.
The staff behind the counter looked like they were loving their jobs! Smiling and said hello, even though I didn't buy anything. I walked up and almost bought their cookies, but found something else in the adjacent store. Either way, great people serving the public!?
I love this chain but the locations that I try and frequent have been having issues with their nitro cold brew equipment and I settled for a dark roast today. Not the same at all.

It was definitely coffee, I ordered a "medium iced with almond milk" honestly I think dunkins taste better if you just order it without specifying what kind of coffee. Wasn't the good coffee taste I wanted.
