I placed an order through the app and showed up 6 minutes past the time it was said to be ready, only to find the food had been given away to another customer. I only know this because I overheard the staff talking about the situation. No one greeted me, or informed me of the mistake. In fact, no one said any kind of hello, goodbye, apology; it was like they were annoyed at ME. I was only asked my name once after I'd been standing in the lobby for a few minutes, so they could confirm it was I that needed the order. I waited for them to make my food, and they still missed a sandwich and sauces. Nor did they offer to remake our drinks, because at this point they'd been sitting for at least 10 minutes. I am giving 2 stars because the food was actually decent, but that was the number one worst customer service at a food restaurant I'd ever received.
I have the worst experience ever last night at this Kentucky fried Chicken drive-thru. I didn't realize I didn't get a receipt. I'm pretty sure I was overcharged and I didn't even get one of the items I ordered. This morning I decided to call but guess what no one can be bothered to answer the phone and yes they were open just called again now at 12:45 and still can't be bothered to answer the phone.
Went there twice. No extra crispy white meat either time. The second time, after being assured they had EC white meat, I ordered and paid. I was then told that they only had legs and thighs in EC. The bad part was when the cashier tried to convince me that drumsticks were white meat. Food that I got was okay, just disappointed in the cashier a little.
Tight entrance to Drive way/Divethrough Food and Service was excellent.

Love their food, but what is going on with the portion sizes??Is KFC using Cornish game hens ?? Very small drumsticks and thighs! Best Chicken pot pies though!?
Just sat in the drive thru for a half an hour and these kids are in there having conversations over the headsets. No supervision. Oh an after all that. They forgot my roll an sauce. Terrible. They don't even deserve one star
Almost always a pleasurable experience.
Worst restaurant to order from. Received raw chicken, didn't receive some items and also got the incorrect items. I'm calling corporate office and filing a lawsuit. Not to mention we found out after we started eating it. Definitely wouldn't come here
Never have any food! Three times I have went and no pot pies! No chicken. Other nights and tonight no chicken for the sandwich. Poor management if I could give 1 star I would. Never will we be going to this KFC again.
