Everytime I go here my order is messed up.. This morning I ordered blueberry French Toast and got plain. Last time I ordered biscuit and gravy and didn't get gravy.Staff up front is young and more worried about gossiping about the night before.I find most of the time front staff very unpleasant to deal with... shame cause the breakfast is good when done right. So cook messes up and front staff doesn't xhe k before bringing up. What a waste of money.

Unprofessional wait staff, showing favoritism to some customers. Won't let you pay for check in a reasonable manner of time. Never got refills or sauce. Front desk pushes problem back to your table/waiter. This place has gone downhill since I was last here. Also today's visit they weren't crowded so it's not understandable to the poor service. Just got my receipt back they don't even fully want to honor my father's senior discount that IHOP offers.

It's an IHOP sure, but this one some waiters will take WAY too long to check in on you. Not even just for the check. For your order, for your DRINKS, for anything you ask for. Besides it taking twice as long as it should, it's got good food.

Terrible experience!!One kid working besides the cooks( if you could call them cooks). With about 5 tables it took 1.5 hours to get our food. Then after finally getting our food it was completely cold. Also ordered the cowboy bbq burger. A quarter sized squirt of bbq sauce.Burger itself was room temp and about as thin as the tomato.WHAT A SAD EXCUSE FOR A BURGER!

Staff was nice and awesome. Went during the evening and the food was great ??

Through a pancake at my nana and she passed out. The drunk manager proceeded to spank his meat on my Belgian waffles for “added flavor”. The food was also cold

Loved my Breakfast, with all you can eat pancakes. Great service.Clean environment, will returnSoon.

Great restaurant! I have always had an amazing experience at iHop, the staff is extremely friendly and the service if very quick even on the weekends when it is usually super busy. My food has always been delicious and came out in a timely manner and was always plated perfectly.

I started with a lemonade which the waitress (Christine) took 3 trips somehow to get that to me. She proceeded to let me know that she doesn't like messes, yet she kept the entree plates on the table while also serving us our main meals. I ended up ordering 2 fried eggs (hard) and some how I ended up with a fluffy omlette, peep the photo below. (IHOP, please have your cooks learn to cook por favor.) All I wanted was 2 SEPARATE fried eggs, how difficult could this be? They must be training 10 year olds in the back today. I also ordered the BBQ Mac Melt with fries as the side. My plate looks like everyone in the back ate off my plate and they left me a handful of fries. Why was my nephew able to get 5 times the amount of fries as a side? The mac & cheese in the sandwich tasted like Kraft mac & cheese & since they do serve that from the children's menu, I wouldn't doubt that's what they used. The mac & cheese tasted like a "Karen" made it. Peep how pale and unflavored the mac n cheese looks. As for the lemonade I ordered, highly recommend as it is the only reason this order has a single star.

Visited for Veterans Day, very busy (because of the holiday) but the staff kept everyone moving nicely. The food was excellent, though syrup options were very limited, no doubt due to COVID. Had a very nice dining experience. Recommend.
