Amazing I love the donuts and bacon and cheese and eggs on a bagel there

It might make it easier to get in and out of the parking lot if you had an attendant or someone to take orders, It truly is dangerous at times. My app never seems to work, which is annoying and I always would like to tip on the card. I went on last time after I paid and found change to go back in and tip. when doing the munchkin boxes, don't make people feel rushed, I now just ask for various and its a disaster . I will go back, these are just suggestions

Clean fast and friendly service. They have the best ice coffee hands down.

i love this place, all of their items are great but i only have a complaint on the hot chocolate. i got three hot chocolates and they weren’t sweet at all and tasted almost like water without flavor. besides that, everything else is great. they just need to fix the hot chocolate.

The only Dunkin I will go to ! I love it there !

Messed up my order. drive thru took 30+ min

Terrible service, terrible management, terrible food.1. The photo attached is a bacon, egg, and cheese on an English muffin. The bacon is charred to a crisp. Literally black.2. When ordering, the first item I ordered was a small hot french vanilla swirl. Afterwards was 30 seconds of silence before an "is that all?", with a bad attitude.3. Management regularly fails to restock. So every couple of days there are several items unavailable.4. They create fake reviews with fake accounts giving themselves 5 stars with a generic review like, "I love Dunkin. I get it everyday", just to hide bad reviews.5. If you order breakfast for your family, they make sly comments regarding the amount of food you ordered. As if your order is an inconvenience for them.6. Morale is clearly at an all time low seeing as their staff seems to be having a bad day, everyday. Assuming we can thank bad managers and bad management for that.A couple of months ago the staff was great and lively. But as of weeks ago, the staff is a completely different set of employees, and I can tell this new set isn't liking the job at all.It's a pretty simple customer service job, so the only possible conclusion is the managers and shift leads aren't personable at all, and mistreat their coworkers.Which results in really good employees leaving for better circumstances and the new ones dealing with the remnants of mismanagement and poor social skills.

They managed to get my entire order wrong, first i ordered a SMALL strawberry refresher light ice an she charged me for a medium an put no ice, on top of the fact that it only tasted like plan green tea. Then i order a plan bagel wit cream chesse on the side an my bagels are disgustingly burnt they shouldn't even be allowed to sever it like this. Then i got a glazed donut an a boston cream an i ask for them to be put in 2 different bags because im allergic to chocolate and they werent so i havent been able to eat or enjoy any of my food
