If you want something basic like a coffee and a sandwich or donut, try someplace else. Even other dunkin locations are pretty terrible, but this one is one of the worst. I guess if you’re into casinos you might like this place, because they’ll happily take your money, but just know that unlike casinos there is no jackpot, and the only thing you’ll win is your order- but it’ll probably be wrong.
Not sure who needs to hear this but at all DD locations the hot coffee lids are not fitting. And end up wearing it all the time! Please cease and desist, go back to styrofoam!!
Their very organized and pretty fast
I almost go there everyday to have coffee an muffin. The problem is few people there makes a lot of noise. I like to see this to stop. I heard coming new owners.

Pumkin cream cold brew just not the same without the cinnamon and sugar on top. This is the only Dunkin that I've been to that doesn't make the drink as advertised... doesn't taste the same.
I have been going there for a long time morning and night. Tonight I ordered my iced coffee asked for less ice. Received my coffee and there it had a lot of ice. So I asked if I could have less ice and she argued with me that she did add less ice. I said could you take some out. She grabbed the coffee out of my hand and slammed it on the counter. I asked for my card back and yes, I called her a a b and drove away. I am in customer service, if I ever treated a customer that way I would have been fired.All she had to do was say oh, okay I can fix that.
They know me and how I like my coffee and 9.75 times out of 10, it's right and I appreciate it.
The coffee was great along with the sandwiches, but how can you serve a customer two blue raspberry coladas with no sugar in them. I was very disappointed.
Always quick through the drive thru and order is always correct!!!
