Our family wondered why our visits to this Chili's started to be unappetizing and the feeling that food and cleanliness quality had plummeted since 2021. But, on a recent trip to another Chili's, I know this EP Chili's is pretty disgusting with bad service. Burnt, salty food with servers who take your order, put it on your table never to be seen again. One older female server asked us if we could tip in cash as they have to report tips that are charged to cards. Why.....this was a good restaurant and now its a joke.

Today is 5/15/2022. Our waitress was a Chinese woman, When the woman was asking my kids what they wanted to order I was going to talk for them because they all wanted the same order. So when I was going to talk the lady put her hand in my face and told me to be quiet. I felt disrespected because there was no reason for her to put her hands in my face. After that she was collecting drinks to refill them and her hair went inside my husbands drink. Also she picked up the other cups by sticking her fingers inside the cups. I feel like she could’ve just put her hair in a bun because her hair is really long. Every time she would bend down to grab plates or cups her hair would be in the way.
I told them I have a severe dairy allergy. They told me I couldn’t eat the pickles. I checked myself, and informed their own staff that I could in fact eat the fried pickles as long as it came with no ranch. So they brought me pickles with ranch. For my meal, I got a HAMburger because you know, dairy allergy. I reminded them of that. So they brought me a burger with cheese melted on it. Finally when management came out, they blamed it on a young guy in training rather than his supervisor who was there the whole time. Then my boyfriend and I waited 20 minutes for the bill, and they made me pay for my meal that I was too scared to eat. If you have allergies, DON’T GO. Unless you’re trying to end up in the hospital.
No steaks, no burger buns, no corn and many others. And the French fries were just curly fries from stop an shop. Last time was bad service. This it was service stretched to thin with to many missing items and junk french fries. 3/26/22.
The staff was amazing!! Dealing with the rudest people I have ever seen in a restaurant!! They stayed composed and we fabulous!! People need to learn to treat servers and humans better!
Waiter made us feel very rushed we sat down didnt even take off our coats do you know what you want to drink i said would you mind if we looked at menu he litterly came back 10 seconds later
I stopped in after work and sat at the bar. Before anyone came to take a drink order for me another gentleman left cause he’d been there a while and nobody took his drink order that’s fine. Took about 10 minutes before someone besides a cook acknowledged me but I got my first beer and the bartender disappeared for another ten minutes and then came back to take my food order, food came quickly but was mediocre. I ordered a second beer because I was just hanging out and watching a football game. Shift change happened as another bartender arrived who was very very quick to ask me if I needed a takeout box which I did, but I was still eating and had a full beer in front of me. Original bartender came back and took the chips I was still eating and placed them in a bag for me and gave me a box for me food before slapping the iPad for me to cash out next to me. I’m the only person at the bar at this point. I really wanted to just stay have some apps and a few beers and watch the football game but after that I decided they wanted me to leave so I did. Service was fairly bad and workers were talking smack about an employee who had an interview during my visit, only a few feet away from me. I’ll be going to the Applebee’s down the street moving forward.
I have visited almost all of RI Chilis and I can say that this has been the best. I recommend the fajitas chicken and the cookies with ice cream. If you want a eat without expend to much money this is the place
Worst experience ever with a new employee and when we escalated the situation to the manager she did nOt even apologize for what happened. The wait i can understand, but the poor customer service NOT trash everywhere , napkins in the floor, the restaurant was not even that full…..
