Ordered 2 for 4 sausage egg and cheese on biscuits this morning. Received both sandwiches with just a slice of sausage. But that's not the worst part. I called to state my problem and you can't call the store or speak to a human. You have to leave a message and hope you get a call back. The paper straws gotta go also. They sick and nobody likes them.
Awful awful fish sandwiches yesterday Cold, stale buns.charge Xtra for cheese when I get no lettuce tarter or pickle that It comes with that eats me up.fries were ok but salty.Took my daughter who loves mcds fish to try burgerking. Never eat here again...counter girl was nice tho. Also wish I knew ahead about 2for10 meal deal woulda saved a bunch.wake up location cuz your loosing money.

I will never learn my lesson. I eat BK every few months and go to this specific one every other time. This review predates the pandemic as it’s always been similar (bad service and food). Needless to say I always forget how bad it is and come back. When will I learn?. Half the time the order taker makes me repeat my 3 item order as they forgot it (must not have been entering it as I said it). The rest of the time at least one item is cold or made wrong. Let me give you some examples.. shake not mixed, cheese sticks cold, fries stale and/or cold. Other issues no napkins, doesn’t ask if I want ketchup or sauce. When will I learn and not return? And before you tell me it’s fast food I’m aware as I worked at fast food restaurants in high school. And the other BK isn’t like this.
Horrible customer service everyone has an attitude . On top of that the fries are cold and their is this crusty stuff on my burger
I ordered in drive through and was told at the window that they didn't have my 0.40$ of change and that it was "only forty cents". I replied that they either owe me my change or more food. They goofed around for 5 minutes asking me what I ordered twice before finally giving me my change. I won't go there again. This was the 67 Newport Ave. Rumford, Rhode Island location on Nov. 21 at approximately 4PMAlso, this corporation is a traitor to this country by avoiding paying the taxes they owe by declaring that their headquarters would be in Canada from now on even though most of thier profits come from America.
