I was here a few days ago and the place was a mess the kid that was at the register didn’t know what he was doing as well as the lady that was running the Restaurant. They was giving people the wrong orders they was totally lost like if they we’re new working there. I would never go there again, this place is recommended to no one. Sorry but I never been to a restaurant so dirty like this one?
I was just here, literally, like 30 minutes ago or so. I said to the cashier at the window, "I want 2 of the 2 for ten meal deal, that would be 4 sandwiches total, 2 chicken and 2 Big King". I get to the window to pay and she tells me is $15 and some change. I immediately told her she was charging me wrong, that it should've been 20+ dollars because is 4 sand, 4 sodas and 4 fries. She still didn't understand so she called the manager. He comes to the window, I explain to him what I wanted and that it's supposed to be 4 sodas and 4 fries with the meals not 2 of each. He gave me 4 sandwiches, 2 sodas and two fries, I explain again and he still didn't understand me. I told another employee that the manager didn't understand me and that I wanted my sodas and fries and that I would pay and he says, "no, he gave you everything". I told him I wanted what was missing and the manager comes to the window and says that he already gave me everything and that I needed to move because there were more people in line.How can it be that 3 employees, including the manager didn't get what I told them and not only that but basically told me to leave.Mind you I am fluent in English, and I speak very well, that's my second language.The service awful and the food looked like they just threw it in the bag.It's the first time this happens to me, anywhere I go people understand what I am ordering because I am very specific. I know it tends to confuse some people when you order 2 of the 2 for 10 meal deals and that's why I always explain to them what I mean.So dissapointed.
The reason why I give this Burger King a 1 out of 4 is the food was 4 star ? But the dinning area was a complete MESS!!! Tables not clean and sanitize. The floors not sweep and mop in weeks. If this is the way this place is run. They should close the dinning area and just do the drive thur if they can do that right. I doubt it. But today was the last time I will be going back to that filthy place. Not for nothing they should close it until it's been completely cleaned up and a whole new boss and new workers. Somebody who knows how to take charge and run the business right. Well I've said what I wanted to say. I hope this wakes up oh ever the manager of the place is. But I doubt it very much that nothing is going to be done. END!!!
Ordered 4 basic cheeseburgers and a large onion ring through the mobile app and was only one parking lot away. When we got there, there were about 3 cars ahead of us. They talked to us in a great timely manner through the speaker. Not one person came up behind us. We stayed in the line for over 30 MINUTES when we hear a younger worker tell a customer to “get in the back and do it yourself”. Wow. Once we got to the window, we waited another 20 minutes for our food and we weren’t even acknowledged before they gave it to us. The food is freezing and mushy. I’m really disappointed. I won’t return here again. There’s always some type of issue. The owner needs to get rid of the employees they have and just start over.
Just went into the Burger King on Taunton Ave and I only had a 15 minute break from work, I just though I could run in and grab some food quick, I waited 10 minutes and not a single person helped me, i had to walk out with nothing and go back to work!!! If this is how this Burger King is run, then I guess I won’t ever go in there again!!!! Awful!!!!!!!
They always sloppy wit the condiments so I gotta get my food dry,,,,sucks and to put the icing on the cake I like milk shakes for a morning wakeup and they always tell me noo,,but the king say have it my way more like lies to me
I was really mad that I did not get my sweet n sour sauce but then I read the bag it made it up ❤️
Order original chicken sandwich with cheese no lettuce. I think whomever made it put ENTIRE jar of Mayonaise on it! Both sides it was so bad I wiped it off and it was so greasy I had to throw it away. Just ate the fries. I had not eaten all day after a trip. Now I remember why I try to never take the chance on fast food being worth it. Who wants that much mayo?! I think teenager working just enjoy ruining drive thru food since you clearly are on the go. The guy tried to give me someone else's food. I kinda wish I had it after seeing mine.. Smh
It's a burger king. They have an impossible whopper, so that's nice.
The worst ever burger was not how I ordered it redone it still made it their way didn't bother again after 1 meal cost me 14.00 ridiculous over priced slop
