The food has gone way down hill here. Went there for breakfast this morning, got an omelette, The chicken wasn’t cut up well, we’re talking huge chunks of chicken, I asked for an English muffin toasted it was barely toasted at all whatsoever, and some of my home fries or still hard and kind of cold. I didn’t send it back because it was edible and the waitresses looked overwhelmed because it was another page and they’re complaining about how he had to send his toast back. The only highlight are the waitresses they were excellent, very polite and attentive the only people to suffer are gonna be them, if I were the owner of this establishment I would hire a new chef with a touch more patience to completely cook the food. It’s been a while since I’ve come here but it used to be a regular place for me I used to bring my late father-in-law here all the time.
First time visiting. Service was pleasant and very fast, even though the place was packed. Food was normal diner fare and quite affordable. Will definitely go back.
Service was terrible! Walked in with my wife and 4 yr old and we were promptly sent to the back room because “there was no room”. That was ok because I like my privacy anyway but I got a distinct sense we weren’t welcome when the server came in and tossed the menus at us and walked away. I felt very disrespected especially with my family present. We walked out, needless to say, and neither the owner nor anyone else bothered to ask if everything was ok. I actually heard the rude server give a huff when she saw us walking out. Obviously good food but probably not meant for my kind.
Great Food and friendly staff. Could see it a great local diner that you have to look for the place, because it is set back from the main road. Will be going back in the near future.
Delicious food with great service! We have eaten here multiple times and it has always been delicious! We look forward to going back soon.
Delicious brunch items made with love, and best pancakes ever!!! I always order a single blueberry pancake as a dessert after brunch!!! :)
Was very disappointed this morning went in for breakfast and was denied service because I did not want to squeeze in the only counter seat available when there was was no less then 5 tables available and no one else waiting for a seat. The woman told me because I was alone I could not have a table on the weekend but this was not a problem the last 3 times I was there! During this pandemic you would think they would want to distance their customers but I guess not.
Ordered take out. Waited at the restaurant much longer than what they told me (20 minutes). By the time I got home, my food was soggy and I had to throw it away because I found two black hairs in it ? never again
Great place for a quick breakfast and the waitress was vry pleasant!
We had breakfast at Broadway diner for the first time this morning. The food was delicious, the service was warm and friendly. Tony, the owner, is the best! The servers, Sandra and Natalie were awesome. We highly recommend the chorizo and the works omelette. Thank you for good food and decent value!
