They need to pay attention & interact with their customers more. Example i ordered at the drive thru they said pull up i got to the window the kid does even look at me feels for my card i ask how much answer keeps talking to his coworker hands back the card still not looking hands me my order and closes the window like no hey hi how are you anything else nothing what so ever!! No customer service at all!
Very Disappointed, how every I think it may be a training store. I have never gotten. My order fully correct. Granted there are 4 ppl in the family. But it should not be that difficult. I know that they are all learning the ins an outs of fast food. An it doesn't do any good to say something because. The Manager is one of the high school ladies or man learning.Keep Trying to get it right.
Overall a 5 Star experience at this location thanks to the EPIC woman working the drive through!She was extremely professional and empathetic about it being a short wait for our food after we'd had a long day of working. She ensured that our food was not only hot but fresh! She was appreciative of our business and yber respectful of our time and how exhausted we were.When she came out to bring us our food after a reasonable wait for what we ordered she was uber personable and took the time to converse with us briefly before going back in to work!I can't recall her name pero she was a shinning star and deserves a nice raise and promotion ASAP!
Order captured accurately, 1 out of 2 meals delivered correctly. They received a 3 because they made a hot fresh sandwich quickly.
Honestly. I didn’t expect to have such a disappointment visit to Wendy’s I went there for something simple and the attitude they had there it’s terrible like I’m pay for what I’m getting it’s not like I’m getting it for free they messed up my oder bad and then when I go back they had a huge attitude with me like come on. They were acting like a 14 old boy after fighting with their parents it’s really unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
Used to be pretty descent place of gave it three chances the last couple weeks the new fries suck the spicy nuggets where hard n dry by cheese burger deluxe was not fresh bread was soggy and wet not a good experience just seems like we they have too many teens running the show give back that trophy

Bad customer service. i ordered 2 meals the girl at the window only gave me one. said i had everything when clearly i didn’t and she didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience
This location is consistently pretty good, as far as Wendy's go. Very few mistakes in orders.
Like the food, but I really wished they didn’t forget to put sauces 70% if time I come to this location. Overall not a bad bad experience
