ARE YOU PEOPLE BLIND!When I walked in and saw the filthy rug I almost walked out, but it was Sunday, I was very hungry and not much else was open. Though I won’t go back.I don’t know how a business owner can walk into their business and see this and not react by putting down a clean rug. And it wasn’t just the rug. It was dirty all around.I ordered beef Szechuan. It was very hot so I felt safe. And it was okay. I’ll edit this if the food doesn't come out so well, if u know what I mean. So far so good.
How can a business owner walk in and not see a filthy rug? The rest of the front area was the same. Filthy. It was Sunday so very little was open. I was very hungry, so I ordered szechuan beef. It was nothing to write home about, but very hot so I wasn’t worried.
Great food, nice family run business. Ignore the bad reviews, their food is consistently delicious. ?
Stopped in this place to grab some take-out dinner for me and my husband and we were both surprised at many things. First, the food was very nicely seasoned and was prepared well. I had the Hunan Shrimp while he had the Beef with Broccoli. The food did not clump together as we have experienced in other Asian restaurants and so we were able to separate individual items while we ate. The only bad point was although Hunan Shrimp is supposed to be spicy, this one was not and so I had to add some spice of my own at home. But this place should be on everyone's list for good Chinese take-out food!
Food is low grade, used to be better few years ago.
Always great food. Quick turnaround and friendly service. An excellent option for take out.
Don’t know what happened to this but the food use to be so good I ordered on new year’s it was terrible figured I would give another chance was even worse I’m all set with this place
This place has excellent takeout at a very fair price . Combination plates are very good
Food was mediocre at best. I asked for extra spicy chicken but got extra sweet, asked for chopsticks but got plastic forks.Batter on the chicken tastes super eggy, which is unusual because everytime I get fried chicken it never tastes eggy. The vegetable lol mein is alright if you don't like seasoning.
There must be a totally new family in there because NOTHING is the same. Wai Wai USED to be AMAZING!! Now its GROSS. Its sad I used to live in Edgewood and would eat here twice a week! Now the chicken is very small and batter is nasty tastes like fish sticks. Beef teriyaki is a flabby half cooked piece of red meat. Boneless ribs are WAY overcooked and left in a puddle of sauce to make up for it. Rice is not fried nor is there pork in it. I ate maybe half my mealand threw it in trash.I wont return unless they change owners again.
