So I came here today and placed an online order for 2 smoothies came there 15 mins after it was ready and I guess it wasn’t made yet, no worries paid beforehand. however they only made one smoothie and not the other but charged me for both. I am going to dispute this with my bank and not coming back to this location again.
The young gentleman with providence friars hat made my smoothie. He was extra nice and even created conversation with many customers. He was efficient and got the job done quick and made a great smoothie.
Brendan jared Andrew Nolan Harry are all new workers, I’ve been getting smoothies here everyday for a year and ever since these guys came in it’s been whole new experience. These guys change the atmosphere. They always are so kind and will adjust the smoothie to my liking every time. They are so kind and it makes me happy seeing these high school boys all working together having the time of there life. Thanks boys keep up the hard work!
Don't eat here. The food was not to good. When I got my order it was totally wrong. It seems like the cashier was new/ learning. Got charged incorrectly. Still I eat what they gave me. For me it's a weird combination of flavors I tasted some kind of dressing in the Baja wrap ?$8.99 really? Did not finish it had to throw it away. Sorry not coming back.

Great smoothies and wraps. The service is terrible though, I have been there many times after this last time and receiving such rude service I don’t think I can justify it even though I love the smoothies
Terrible service. Horrible attitude. Grubhub did their job, this place couldn't even fill a simple order, talking about you have to select for flavored straws(which we did and paid extra for) Food was sub-par. ID GIVE A ZERO IF I COULD.
I paid $8 for garbage and Tropical smoothie has done nothing yet to correct this.I went in and it looked like a bunch of 17 year olds were working, there seemed to be no Managament and everything was disorganized. I waiting in line for about 10 mins and after I ordered they served everyone before me. That was after waiting 15mins for my drink. I had to ask someone when will my drink be ready next, he made it immediately after that and then he gave me a smoothie that looked like this! I will never come back to this location again. I wish the Thayer street location was open again because I would’ve went there instead. Superdisappointing but now I know what to expect from this location.
My first time trying this restaurant and the green smoothie I ordered was better than I expected. It was blended so smoothly and it tasted so good. I will definitely be getting more smoothie flavors from here in the future.
Sadly no matter what time of day and how many people or staff are working, it's still a super long wait for one smoothie. The shortest time I've waited is 20 min but up to almost 30 minutes, totally unacceptable. Even one time I got a smoothie missing an ingredient I asked for but was still charged for it. I didn't even want to wait for a fix. I just took the hit. So now I make sure I have time to get a smoothie and speak clearly with expressiveness when saying the ingredients I want. Still a cool spot, just slow undertrained staff.
