We went to this TRH for the first time, at first it was great but when we got our food my meal was cooked wrong. I asked for medium rare and got rare. We had already waited a good amount of time so was not wanting to wait for another meal. The server told us the meal was gonna be taken off the bill which is was not and was given a $10 coupon for our next visit. Needless to say I get that things can go wrong and am always nice and willing to work with where ever I am but don't tell us one thing then do something else. Won't be going back to this establishment.
I went on a Friday so the wait was 35 minutes. We ordered our drinks which took 20 minutes but they were worth the wait they were delicious. We ordered our food which took 1 hour and our food was cold. The cheese on my chicken was congealed my fiance's steak was over cooked. The waitress was nice and apologetic. This was my second time coming here first time was way way better. Don't know if I'll come again.
My whole family loves your food. We even fight traffic on Friday evenings so our family dinner get togethers include delicious items from your menu. I have a complaint though. We always get take out and bring it home and we always end up throwing away armloads of plastic utensils even when we specifically ask not to receive them. Your restaurant is not the only one that does this it seems to be universal.
if I could give it 0 stars I would. this location is horrific. we dine in an get take out once to twice a week. when dining is it's always a decent experience. the take out on the other hand is garbage. half the time the foods not right have the time it's cold before they even give it to you because it's been sitting there! they tell you to be there for a certain time an then you sit there for 20-30 mins after that time still waiting on food. it's crazy to me that you can't simply handle a meal for two.
The bread with cinnamon butter was bomb! The backround music was too loud and there was a 50 minute wait for table.

Service was great. Expected a long wait on a weekend , but the food was all kinds of wrong. Missed appetizers, Overcooked my steak well done instead of medium, wrong size steak for one of our party and Undercooked vegetables for 2 others. The kitchen needs to get their act together, if one snowy Saturday at 530 pm takes 90 mins to serve, it should be cooked right. I get we’re not the only ones there. Management could have done a better job making the whole experience less painful, instead it was just excuses - sorry

Wait staff was underwhelming. No sense of urgency. Waited at a table with a non working light for 15 min before even being addressed. We did asked to be moved which was fine but the gentleman seemed uninterested in being attentive. Me and my husband have also been having stomach issues for 24 hours due to whatever we had eaten.
