Worst experience ever! The person working there today was extremely rude and disrespectful. She had the nerve to use the register & count cash, then proceded to grab the bread with the same gloves! Horrible attitude! No manners what so ever!
Great sandwiches rude employees though.
I wanted to give a zero star rating if I could. I ordered a sandwich through doordash and there was a bug (housefly) in it. I called the store and the attendant was outright rude and asked me to drive to the store and show the bug in person. Customer service was below par.
I will never purchase a sandwich from there the pregnant lady was rude in a sarcastic way because I told the young man to change his gloves,,, which he touch a rack with ..... she put a little bit of meat in my sandwich cause she didn’t like the fact that I ask the young man to change his gloves
Order 4 sandwiches from them for delivery and not only did I only get 2 of the 4 I got the other to which were the wrong kind of Bread also came with a note that said sry we don't have meatballs and we don't have the kind of bread you want sry not a refund I had to get a hold of them to get that so yeah never going there and don't recommend it to anyone

Terrible customer service rude employee one girl I placed and order online then called cause it didn't look right she wouldn't even check my order told me I was rude and said she didn't have to answer the phone I called the manager in the morning who didnt seem to care she said I was the 2nd complaint that day regarding that employee said sorry I guess I'll have to talk to her..I called customer service hotline and you can no longer talk to anyone you have to go online so I dud and received a computer generated response
Everything I ordered was wrong. The bread was hard as a rock. Worse subway I been too.
