I am visiting from out of town and placed an order through the app for delivery. There was an issue with my order, but a quick phone call to Panera resolved it quickly and with ease. The supervisor I spoke to was apologetic, explained my options, and quick to help me. Great customer service and, as always, the food at Panera was tasty too :)
I have been a long time Panera customer and have noticed that the customer service has slipped tremendously. The young lady that waited on me today was rude beyond belief. I won’t be returning to this Panera. Obviously, they do not value their patrons.
Do not go here if you have less than 45 min for lunch. Waited over 30 min for 2 bowls of soup. They were more concerned with getting the Uber Eats or whoever their food first. One of ignorant driver stole somebody's cup and helped himself to a drink and staff did nothing.
I'm not sure why they even bother offering a drive thru. There was only 1 person in front of me on 3.21.22 at 1030 am and it took 20 minutes to get my bagel. Plus no receipt and incorrect change. Very troubling.
HUGE piece of plastic in my chicken and wild rice soup… so disturbing and I’m so lucky I didn’t choke on it.. I get mistakes happen but someone could’ve really been hurt from this aside from the fact that it’s gross finding plastic in my food.
Went for a coffee and bagel. Tuesday is buy a dozen bagels for l believe $7 and change. Good deal !!
When you order a bread bowl with soup, you expect more then a teaspoon of chicken, carrots, etc... with your broth. Also one would also imagine the soup would fill the bread bowl, yet it didnt even fill the bowl halfway. Very unimpressed with Panera.
Look through the drive through window, & you’ll see a filthy mess. The mess that I seen has me to the point where I rather fix my own food at home. This is sad, I also seen customers dining in without any idea of what I was witnessing at drive through….
the food is always good HOWEVER, multiple times our office orders here for lunch and they ALWAYS forget an item , when we call about it they say they didn't forget anything and "they remember the order" they have attitude about something they forgot and we are forced to go pick it up . They never apologize and they're always defensive as if we want to leave our office to go pick up something they forgot to put in the bag / send for delivery sometimes our office is busy and every time at least one of us looses out.
Decent place for a sandwich and a soup. The turkey bacon bravo is really good!
