Second or third time I tried this place despite living a rock throw away. I now remember why I don't order here much. I ordered the two slice with a drink combo for $7. Soon as I tried to pick up a slice the piece just immediately drooped down my wrist. The crust lacked any stabilization at all. I also tasted an after taste of freezer burn. I'm a pizza fanatic and these guys need to get it together. Go to Sako's or Big Cheese!! THAT'S GREAT ?!!!!!!
Excellent pizza! Garlic knots are a must have! Ordered 7 pizzas and garlic knots, ready on time! The pizza guy helped me with placing my order in the car. Very helpful! Highly recommend!

So I’m going to leave a four star review due to your very kind and generous actions to help me and I will definitely look forward to trying the food in your restaurant soon. Truly everything looks amazing and I have a feeling my four-star review will then change to five if the food tastes as good as it looks on the website!!!!! And I have come back And I was correct the pizza was AMAZING, this is now my second time ordering and I have to say this place has THE best NY PIZZA EVER
I was looking for great local pizza places this weekend and discovered Napolitano's Brooklyn Pizza. Ordered a large multi-topping pizza and it was excellent!! Highly recommend this establishment if you enjoy Italian style pizza like me, it's all about the dough! Much praise to the staff and owners. I will definitely be back :-)
Stopped in twice for the 2 slice and soda $7 combo and have not been disappointed! The pizza is tasty and pleasantly surprised me. I like the dough. Slices are large

Ordered our first margarita pie with the hopes that we would get some pizza closer to the New York style that we have been used to after moving here. Bursting with flavor. Lots of garlic note however I didn't ask for garlic but I love garlic anyway. Candy jalapenos is an interesting addition. Now the crust gets a b minus, the best so far in Rhode Island.
I can not even begin to tell how disappointed we were!!!! Placed our order for pickup, its a 12-15 minute drive to your store. They told us 15-20 minutes we arrive at your location to get our pizza, when my husband went in to get it, he was told oh sorry we don't have it we must have given it to someone else????? Are you kidding me?????????? My kids had ordered from your location the night before so we thought lets try it. Our mistake!!!!!! The girl behind the counter asked if we wanted to have one delivered? she asked where we live then tells us oh we don't deliver there?????? Do you want us to make you another? it will be about 1/2 hour we are busy!!!!!!!!!!!! well you weren't that busy when we called our order in. This is how you do business? If so I can't believe you have any business at all. Shame on you and your staff , makes no difference if your pizza is good or not, the way you treat your customers is what keeps your business going! Well you just lost not only our business but or family's as well!!!!!!!!! If i could give you a negative rating I would however that is not an option.
First time eating from here: Food wasn't horrible, but a warning for anyone who decides to get a pasta dish is that the sauce was incredibly spicy. That's great news if you normally like a lil kick, but if you're not into a lil extra heat or if you're feeding children it's not good. I am sick with the rona and made an order for my family because I don't feel up to cooking tonight. All 4 pasta dishes were so spicy. I'm not against spicy food, but it was over my limit, unappetizing and unpleasant. My son took the first bite and his face said it all. I tasted the chicken parm and thought I accidentally got Buffalo chicken pasta... it was super weird. There wasn't anything on the menu that stated that the food would be on the spicy side.So, with that said, a warning would be nice on the menu if that is the typical sauce. It was very unpleasant for my son to experience that when all he is trying to do is enjoy some spaghetti ?**Edit in reply to owners reply:We did not order that dish. We ordered spaghetti and meatballs and chicken parm. There was no mention of red pepper in either of those dishes, and it is not typical for there to be, as with an olio.The red marinara was extremely spicy.
Pizza is good. That’s all I’ve had there. My problem is that even before the pandemic every time you order delivery it’s always either not available or it’s well over an hour to get it. We have called to check on the pizza and been told it’s at least another 45 minutes to deliver but your pizza is ready if you want to pick up. Yeah that’s what I want is pizza that is at least an hour old. Don’t offer delivery if you cannot do it. Been like this for well over 3 years of us getting their pies. That’s why we go less and less.
