The food is excellent. Minh, the owner, is very nice and really listens. It is well spaced out for covid restrictions. I asks for something very spicy and really got what I wanted. My wife also had a great Pho. It's a byob on top which is awesome, though you do need to bring your own glasses and corkscrew. I also had a jackfruit milkshake which slapped.
Minh Hai is my favorite go to spot for a hearty pho. The way the broth is made is rich and can feel heavy for some folks but I enjoy it because it’s like comfort food.I ordered the pho dacbiet #2 , fresh summer rolls with tofu, and avocado smoothie. The avocado smoothie is so good and I recommend it because it is creamy and sweet but be warned the boba gets hard quick because of the coldness of the drink. The tofu summer rolls are my favorite go to because of the crispness of the tofu mixed with the vermicelli and crunch of the salad in it.I will say this the takeout experience is really good for how busy they get. Everything was organized so well in my takeout I wasn’t worried about things spilling while driving to work.The experience dining in is you do receive more for what is packed for you in takeout. But the down side in dining in is the wait can take much longer.One thing though is the husband and wife are running the business on their own. This includes taking orders over the phone and handling dine ins.Be expected to wait at least a 30-45min for your order since they get pretty busy. Even though they might tell you 20mins it takes time. If they are very busy it can be an hour wait for your order. But the food is well worth the wait.They usually open at 2:30pm - 9pm except on Tuesdays. Sometimes they don’t open so call ahead to see if they are.

Sometimes the service is slow, particularly slow when there's more than 3 tables. The food is worth it though. The rice plates are wonderful.Cash only.Update: After my last two visits, I have to reduce my rating from 4-stars to 2-stars. It took 15 mins after ordering to tell us that they were out of rice and it would take 10-15 mins for rice to be done cooking. The food is still good but the service is too slow to recommend. So, if you have at least a hour, Minh Hai would be good (though we were there 1.5 hours a couple months ago; we're fast eaters as well)Update 9/13: The food is still delicious. I went on a Monday and was one of two tables. Service was expected but would still be concerned when it's busy. 4 stars!
Quiet ambiance, the food is phenomenal. Their pho broth is the best I’ve tasted. The service was very friendly. 10/10 recommendation to everyone
As soon as we walked it all you could smell was a smell of some type of gas maybe cearosine or something. It was awful. Than we order 2 orders of pho. It took about 45 minutes. Only 2 other people eating so it wasn't because they were busy. Than once it came to the table it was just the stuff to add to the pho noodles.... so we picked on it and than when she brought the noodles we just asked to wrap it to go cause we were so annoyed... here's where it gets strange. So we asked if she could wrap what we had on the table (and like I said we had already been picking at it) and she looked at us like we were crazy and literally said she was giving us fresh wrapped to go... and we stated we had already touched it but it was still full amounts on the table and instead of throwing it out could we just have a Togo container and add it... seams reasonable right???!!!... she literally told us no ... handed us the receipt and walked in the kitchen in the back... like what are you going to reserve it??!!... ? very strange... once we got home we attempted to eat..... it was awful ?... jeez so many good places in the area.. this place is by far one of the worst!! Don't waste your time.
