Staff was incredibly rude and refused to make my food because they were closing soon and said I could only have a twenty pieces or four cheeseburgers and that they wouldn't make anything else because they're human beings and cannot cook and clean. Awful staff definitely won't ever go back.
Ok, It was our fault for trying to go in at 11pm (even though the dine room hours weren’t posted) but they didn’t have to be so rude about it. My friends and I tried to go in and immediately are yelled at to leave, followed to the door and locked the door behind us.I get it, long line in the drive thru, tired, but the rudeness was uncalled for. All they had to say was “Sorry, dinning room is closed.” That’s it. Not “No no no no no no!! We’re closed! Get out.” And followed out.
Hate doing deliveries for this establishment, rude and distasteful customer service. I’m done doing service for this location!
The one on Cranston st absolutely is HORRIBLE my order is ALWAYS WRONG,stayle hamburger bun never enough ketchup and always cold absolutely disgusting I will NOT go there again! It's happened about 5 times now it seems like Everytime I go there my order is horrible ?
The food is always cold and not fresh!!! Not to mention the customer service is horrible.
You have to try their new crispy chicken sandwich it's better than KFC well at least I think it is. it is delicious. I love to order from GrubHub it's here within 20 minutes always hot and delicious.
Last night I New Year’s Eve I went to this McDonald’s and didn’t expect to get great anything simply because it was almost midnight on New Year’s Eve I was mistaken the service I got was phenomenal food was super fresh fries were perfect and they didn’t mess up my large order. Their staff on last night phenomenal and deserve a raise
Super disappointed - I never had the chance to actually order food, this was the only McDonalds near TF Green that was listed as a 24 hour location so we tried to stop before our early flight. Lights were on and we didn’t see any notices about hour changes so proceeded to drive thru speaker. A man informed us at 3:30a the store was closed but would reopen at 4:30. Please adjust hours accordingly or post something on the doors to inform customers about the hours change.
Saddest excuse for mickeyDs yet just trashy service all around why offer curbside if your employee’s to lazy picking at the floor befor grabbing my food to even get it to me worm hard fries are just worthless food for thought!
The worse establishment I have ever visited. The employee's are rude and the establishment is dirty especially the bathrooms which are not available unless you waite in line for them to open it and then you have to decided to leave your food unattended or bring it in the dirty bathrooms which has stalls so u have to hold your food while you use the restrooms. I was told by the manager, Leon, and cashier, Daysi, this franchise is allowed different rules of engagement with customers. One of the main purposes of a franchises is consistency and you will not find that here. Very disappointing and I most certainly would not return.
