I went to the location on broad street by the park. Ordered on the mobile app so I can make things easy. Waited for the guy to tell me to go right to 2nd window didn't even ask for the code. Then afterwards Waiting the 15 20 minutes for this long line. They tell me to go inside. I go inside now I'm stuck Waiting again. After wasting my gas. I was furious came to this location and was served without any wait at all even with a line of cars. Definitely love coming here I do almost everyday for breakfast deals. Can't believe the other location gets away with so much though hopefully the good energy from this location makes its way over there. Just thankful and furious at the broad street one for wasting my gas for me have to drive back and forth for no reason. 5.30$ a gallon. And then paying for food. Very inconsiderate of them and also I feel like the management there just tries to cover for the employees mistakes. Hopefully it gets better because that location is quite convenient

I just want to say that tonight is the worst experience of my ordering. I ordered the take-out, but their staff said that I was not ready to go to the front kiosk for the time being. However, I waited for almost 10 minutes before they finished. I went in and asked them, but they said that they forgot your take-out and had to wait 5 minutes. I said it would be fine, but when the staff brought it out to me, she was all smiles and didn't apologize for doing something wrong. It was really very bad.

I get treated okay in this Macdonald's Restaurant by the restaurant staff..The complaint I have is the language barrier because they speak Spanish and i speak English.This makes it impossible to communicate with the manager and staff.

They get orders wrong a lot. I end up having to drive back. Today, I was yelled at, "You're holding up my line go park at curbside." I told them my mobile order number at drive thru after selecting in the app I arrived and was in the drive-thru; They said pull up to the window but at the window they had the wrong ordee and said they didn't have any mobile orders. I showed it to them with the drive-through pick-up number, then they finally find it but blamed me for this because it took them so long to find it. so I somehow I was blamed for holding up the line.Apparently, ordering food holds up the line ???.The mgr is rude to customers. Don't blame the customer because of an error with your system or possibly the mobile app because it was fine on my end, and I had already paid.

The drive thru workers could care less about the orders and food. Wouldn't take our mobile app coupons and had such an attitude.

Love the early morning crew... I catch them when I'm on my way home from my overnight shifts. So nice for it being so early and now, so cold! Thanks!

Not enough staff so I had to go thru drive thru for big lunch order, they got it all right and much appreciated

Although they have the dinning room closed and only the Drive thru open.. I must say they are pretty fast on getting the cars through.

My order was just right and the folks were super friendly despite being incredibly busy. Thank you so much for all your efforts!

This location is very good. They very seldom mess up your order they are friendly and your food is hot unlike the one in johnston on Atwood Ave they are horrible.
