Love firehouse subs. Unfortunately we only have 1 location state wide. It's always cleanclean, everyone is so nice and the food is so good !

They don’t participate in T-Mobile Tuesday. Meaning they don’t accept the coupons from T-Mobile customers, while other locations do. Hmm. Wonder why they don’t want their customers to save any money. Who’s greedy? Shame! Won’t be spending my money here.

Never had their subs before. Walked in and had a coupon to try them out. Worker flat out refused to take a national coupon that was advertised.

Delicious sandwiches. Heated up with plenty of ingredients. I especially like the engineer. The combo is a drink and a packet of chips. Friendly and young staff. Highly recommended.

Very slow. Staff was struggling on many levels in-house as well as with online orders. Was not impressed with sandwiches. First time trying this establishment and unfortunately I don't think I'll be back anytime soon.Received a fast response/reply from customer service to my review. That's really encouraging and maybe the issues will be addressed. I added a star for this and might give it another shot.

As the price of Everything has risen in this post-pandemic world, we don't come here as often as we used to. It is super-easy to drop $50 here.Today, we craved subs.One large, one med, one tiny mac & Cheese. No Drinks.Lost $30+.The food was delicious.The guys on staff were very helpful and friendly.The restaurant was immaculate.Except for the wallet Ouch, very pleasant experience.

Pricey but still a great sun overall. Happy to see they’re giving some of the money to donate to fire companies.

First time trying it. The lady taking my order was very descriptive of what I was getting to make sure we had a good dining experience. The food was superb. Thank you for a very good meal! 10/10 will go back again!

Very bad experience, the short guy with eyeglasses is a very bad representation to have in the register greeting clients, he acted as he just rolled out of bed, when he handed the drinks didn’t ask if I needed a tray, or a bag, and literally threw the straws on the counter. The guy before me had to return an item cause he found plastic on its food. We got home and just one or two pieces of pickle in the sandwich even when we clearly and more than 2 times spoke about extra pickles. Cookie tasted old even though “it was(supposedly) baked that same day. I would say that all based on the kind of employees you hire, if your employees are not happy it’ll eventually be reflected on the quality of the service and food. Managers or district manager should do one on ones and make sure their employees are going to work not only because they need the money and they can’t find something else.

when you can make a better steak and cheese you know that the steak and cheese is not very good. potato soup was also bad. dont recommend
