I go to Dunkin’ all the time and there is a baseline of quality. Today I ordered two coffees, one with cream and one with oat milk and both were undrinkable. It was like drinking an ashtray. Clearly brewed incorrectly. This location gives the Dunkin’ franchise a bad name.

I found a fingernail in my iced coffee. Went back and requested to see the manager on duty. Was told no shift manager was there. Was at 1:30ish on a Monday.Left my name and number and was told I would receive a call. Fast forward to Saturday still no call. Only wanted it to be brought to their attention.

Like the convenienceAlthough lately I been trying to order a frozen coffee caramel swirl and when I get it its super bitter idk if they put a caramel shot? Or what. But I'm not one to complain often its just at the price and inconsistency I can't see myself continuing to order from here
