Honestly unfriendly store due to mask covered up and unable to communicate by LIPREADING and very Ridiculous and greedy rella cost me cup of ice for small cupEncourage everyone pays attention they might over charge for any items
I grew up on the East coast but moved to Michigan..I Dunkin hop my way thur my trips back..love the coffee and donuts and employees always helpful and smiling
My order was made perfectly and the new inside decor is amazing.
Busy but the oy place around that makes good coffee and knows my order.
waited in line for 10 minutes just for all 3 of my drinks to come out disgusting. plain and nothing added. donuts were hard and not very good.
Literally one of the slowest Dunkins in the state. Waits are up to 15 mins just for a cup of coffee. Half of the staff is braindead. The only good time to come here is early in the morning around 5/6am.
They are always messing up my order and once the lady gave me a extra large coffee with out the top on it and it went all over me …no refund no I’m sorry

Drive threw is always packed and too slow for me . And can never get my ice French vanilla ice coffee the right way tastes like no vanilla in it
The store was chaotic! One of the employees came put of the restroom screaming about peeing. The older lady who waited on us was just lovely but that was the highlight. The coffee was so strong you could slice it!
