So I went by the drive thru today with my kids. I asked to load my card and the girl says I can only do it after the transaction and I told her I want to use it why is that. She got upset started talking to other co workers about how she's upset. Once I received my order she went on to curse not directly at me because she walked away but it was directed due to the situation. I was with my kids and I truly don't appreciate this kind of behavior. I always said you don't like your job quit!

Horrible service 15 mins in the drive thru on a 90 degree day only to be taken care of by a woman with a bad attitude.
I'm rating it a 4 which would normally be a 5 because their coffee and desserts are delicious. Pleasant service however these new iced coffee cups are horrible as the lids and cups make it very easy to cause major spillage. Have another cup ready to put it in or your clothes & car will be in trouble. When I asked the guy said they were out of cups and didn't know when they'd be in.I'm not going back until they get the new cups I don't need spillage all over my car and clothes.
Great little dunkin. The staff are amazing. I was served by a very curtious young man named franky. He was polite and made sure my order was correct he is a very good worker. Thanks franky.
No cars in drive thru and still waiting over 20mins.
Although there is always a line they usually move pretty fast but today for some reason they were slower than snails and completely screwed up my entire order. It's not rocket science you need to do better!!!
