Awful Dunkin Donuts. They are rude and nasty. The 20 year old blond "Managers" I'd disrespectful and condescending.I don't think I ever met someone so disgusting, and also so openly rude and degrading to the other workers in front of a Customer in my life. She should never been given a position where she is in charge of other people. I will never come here again. I should have known just because it was part of a gas station that they are Awful. ?
My boyfriend went to get a coffee this morning and we both ended up getting sick to our stomach. Definitely the coffee. My cup smells like cigarettes. Not sure why but im sorry I drank it.
I ordered a pumpkin spice latte with cream and paid. As I was waiting I noticed only 2 employees on duty. Girl taking orders and guy preparing them. Guy served a woman who ordered after me and had not served me yet. He was also taking a ridiculously long time to prepare the orders. I even heard him openly admit to it being his first day to another customer. He then tells me he can't put cream in the latte. The manager comes out and explained to me it was against their system to cream in the latte. I think to myself, "SINCE WHEN?!!!" At that point my blood boiled and I asked for my money back. Thankfully I got it back. I then said, "Never coming here again." As I was leaving I warned a woman who was going in, "Terrible service." She asked, "yeah?" and I nodded. I went to the one on Elwood Ave instead. Service there was MUCH better. Go there and not here.

I went in today around 230 pm. I had the pleasure of getting waited on by a young lady by the name of Megan. She was very sweet and i usually get annoyed by the girls at the register that try having me purchase more or for a donation but Megan did it in a very cute way... That i bought 2 donuts and made the dollar donation. Great service and fresh coffee cery happy with the service!!!!!
