I am very confused about the 4.6 star rating of this place. Every time I’ve gone in the last couple of years I’ve had a sub par experience, especially this year. Their freezers are seemingly busted or turned too low, the ice cream melts off the cone before even walking out the door. They have goofed up multiple of my own and my friends orders every time we have gone.The ice cream itself is decent quality and it’s in a super cute location… but the establishments equipment along with some of their practices needs updating. I hope they get their act together because I would love for this place to be my favorite spot!

This is probably my favorite and “ go to” spot in the area. It’s in the heart of Pawtuxet Village , which to me , may be the most beautiful part of Cranston. Pawtuxet village has a solid nightlife during the summer evenings, so what’s better then an ice cream on a warm summer night? . Dear Hearts , is located near some great restaurants too , and conveniently located right near the Pawtuxet cove marina. Everything is in walking distance too. Aside from , location, and beautiful scenery , the ice cream and various other types they offer , are all delicious. Come here once in the summer , and you will find yourself wanting to come back weekly .
HELL NO. Mr. Lemon wins. I gave this place a try. The kid didnt deserve the change but whatever. NOONE in RI has seen a chunk of lemon in dells since 1986. Mr. Lemon has thier own and it would have been uncomfortable to tell a small child she gave me the WRONG SIZE. Ive also updated to 2 stars since an owner bothered to respond.*
Amazing owner, genuine staff, and I love that he employs the younger generation so they learn how a positive work environment should be, young. The owner is an amazing guy and the ice cream is out of this world! 10/10 recommend!!

The owner of this ice cream shop is a leech and a menace to society, Jeff butler has recently doxed and broken FDCPA laws with his tenants who are suffering from the Covid-19 impact. Not only is this illegal but it’s heartless. He owns 240 properties including this disgusting shop. He is NOT hurting for money and still publicly shamed a family suffering.
Not fresh. Ice cream always tastes like it’s been in the freezer for years. Horrible taste for the price you pay. :-(
