Always wait so long at this place and it’s overpriced for the what they give you save your money and go to Sundes or Newport creamery for ice cream not worth it seriously can get the same thing at McDonald’s cheaper
It would be helpful to update your website if your drive through closes at 10 instead.of what it shows is 11. Then to be stuck in the drive thru line for 20 mins with only 2 cars in front of me. Awful
We went for ice cream and what a fail cost 16.00 for two ice creams and then I realized my wasn't even full only half the amount I should of received oh well never go there again

I am beyond irritated by the workers at my local Dairy Queen. I walked in today hoping to get two blizzards for me and my brother, I thought it was going to be a fast process but it was not. First I stood there for 10 minutes because there was no one at the register, then this awfully rude teenage boy was just standing there knowing that I needed someone to help me order, and he did nothing until after five minutes go by he finally said something to one of the other workers instead of asking me if I need help. Then once the lady helps me I wait another 10 minutes just for two easy blizzards. Then I hear the lady screaming at the teenage boy because he doesn’t know how to make them and then finally a worker hand me my blizzards . After waiting all that time just for two blizzards, I am extremely annoyed by their service and this is probably the last time I will be going there .
Not once has this location been able to get my order correct. I go back a few months later and they still are performing poorly. They don't even know that a misty freeze has soft serve in it. And when I showed the girl the menu she was like yeah we don't do that.

Went in to take a Spooky Dookie and stayed for the amazing customer service! A young man with a slightly disheveled look took my order and he was so nice! Highly recommend, will come back again.
I want to say thank you to my cashier Sandy. My family and I arrived right as the dine-in area was closing. Sandy informed us that the dine-in area was closed but that the drive-thru was still open. To the disappointment of my 9 and 3 year old. When she saw their faces. She realized how sad they were and took my order anyways. Not only did she make my children's first ever trip to Dairy Queens an amazing experience but while she took our order 2 other customers snuck in the door and she graciously took their orders with a smile. I wish more people had a good heart like that. Especially now adays. Again, "Sandy thank you the kids loved it!!!!"
