Ordered a 16th Birthday cake. This is what I got. It tasted good but the writing was horrible and for $50 I expected more. Clearly it was messed up and scraped off then rewritten. Very disappointed and will not return.
So disappointed in my experience here today. Picked up food at a restaurant next door and thought I would surprise my family and bring home Cold Stone’s ice cream cupcakes. I walked in, grabbed the pack of cupcakes from the freezer and got behind someone checking out versus the line to stand in to have your ice cream made for you. There were about 7 people in that line. The kid behind the counter cashed out the person in front of me and didn’t acknowledge me standing there, and walked in the back. There were 3 other workers mixing ice cream behind the counter for the customers in the other line. I’m literally standing there and no one acknowledged me AT ALL. I stood there for about 8 minutes, the kid that had gone in the back, walks back in the front and starts making ice cream for the other customers. Still no acknowledgement of me. So I put the cupcakes I was waiting with back in the freezer and left. Now if someone acknowledged me and told me for whatever reason I had to wait in line behind other people I would have probably waited a bit because they acknowledged me. But the fact no one said a word to me and the fact that if you’re running in for a grab and go you should be able to check out quicker especially when a worker was already checking people out and could have easily cashed me out and then helped the rest of the customers. Very poor customer service and experience.
Love this ice cream. no one else was there probably because who gets ice cream on one of the coldest days? ME. Thanks for the great ice cream.
My daughter just pick up my grandsons customized cake. It was so good some of us had seconds.
If you want to encounter the most miserable people you’ll probably ever meet in your life, come to Coldstone in Chapel view! Every. Single. Employee. I understand not everyone has a bubbly personality, which is perfectly fine. But, when working with the general public, it’s nice to have some sort of social skills, but the eye rolls and the huffing and puffing? Maybe working at a popular ice cream shop isn’t the job for you!
I've only been here once, but boy, was it worth the extravagant price! The ice cream itself is creamy and flavorful, while the servers are friendly and helpful, although some people have said they're not the most cheerful. However, I totally understand! Standing behind a counter for the majority of a day really isn't that enjoyable.If you're in the area, drop by for a quick scoop. You'll love it!

Paid $15 for 2 small ice creams, I’m allergic to strawberries. I ordered something with cookie dough, caramel, chocolate chips and chocolate sauce. So why I was given something with banana ice cream, strawberries and pecans???? I have no idea but my mouth is still tingling.
