Was my first time there ! The food was Good and a decent value . I had 1/4 chicken plate with two sides. It was good but wish it was bigger. My only gripe.

Use to love this place before covid. Great spare ribs. Food was cold corn bread cold. No longer have spare ribs. Portions very small. We down hill since covid.

Great home cooked food from rotisserie chicken and ribs to prime rib. Made from scratch sides include mashed and gravy, loaded sweet mashed potatoes, butter dill potatoe wedges, corn, creamy mac and cheese. Make sure to get a bowl of chicken noodle soup. It is absolutly the best around( sorry ma). Rotisserie chicken is key to this and the huge homestyle noodles are to die for. I wish they were open right now to be honest

Being that I'm a previous employee of Boston market Cranston ( it was my first job when I was 16) I remember the manager instilled in us that we should take pride in food preparation, presentation, and taste.he also made sure food was prepared fresh daily...(especially salads) It was for those reasons that now as an adult with my own family, I thought hey let's get some Boston market after a long day... since the food was prepared fresh daily.. well not anymore...salad gets slapped together in front of you...what ever happened to the salad machine....I asked for my salad to be tossed and was told by the person doing cut carve..(your lucky birthday boy is being a good guy today...and that they no longer tossed salads)...what ever happened to customer satisfaction.....it's not like I asked for something out of the ordinary...here's what a fresh salad looks like at Boston market....and if I could give zero stars I would...corporate needs to set the standard higher since this is the only Boston market in Rhode island..or would you guys prefer to go out of business because of poor managing skills

Ordered chicken Corden blue. Got a greasy piece of chicken with side of blue cheese dressing. No ham no cheese.. Not sure they even know how to make it.

I hadn't been here in some years, but I walked out of the grocery store, and said, "I'm tired. I used to like the Boston Market comfort food. Maybe I'll just grab some take out."I walked in and was looking forward to some food, but when I saw almost all of the tubs of side dishes nearly empty with scraps of dried out stuffing and potato waiting to be scraped off the bottom, I kept waving people past me, and waited for fresh tubs to come out. After 10 minutes, I left.I got home and had a few things to do, but couldn't decide what to eat. Finally, I realized I was still thinking about Boston Market, and decided to drive the 15 minutes (and past probably 50+ other options) back to see if the fresh sides were out.I was glad to see the fresh, nearly full tubs, but when I got home, I realized that I just didn't think it was as good as it used to be. Still not bad. The chicken was okay, without the skin, which should have been a little more crispy. The stuffing was kind of dry and bland. The corn was better than the Stop n Shop store brand I made last night. Much better. The mashed potatoes were good. The gravy wasn't very good. And the Mac n cheese was too salty. I felt like everything was just fresher or better somehow, 15-25 years ago.

Great food. Absolutely love it. Just something questionable happened. The cashier took singles out of the drawer and put them directly into the tip jar. Just seemed off and I didn’t have a receipt to add up all of my change.

Terrible service!!They don’t welcome the customers. Employees are not wearing masks and they make jokes and laugh over the food counter. I’m sure all of their saliva on foods when they laugh and chit chat! I’ll never come back again! 11/24/2021 5:00 pm

Wow, this was delicious!!! Chicken was tender, the sweet potato casserole was divine, the mashed potatoes and brown gravy was out of this world ?!!! The corn bread was moist but it would have been better warm and sadly they were out of honey. Service was friendly and the bathroom was clean. I just wish we had Boston Market in Cincinnati.

honestly it seems as though the menu depends on how they feel. sometimes there's potatoes sometimes no. it's 7pm rn. they r open for 3 more hours and only rice and corn left the cook gave us extra dark bc "he was too lazy to cut it" his words. lately not worth it. somethings always wrong and u can't get online bc they just give u whatever u want
