Waitress Valeere or V (badge) was hospitable & gave service with a smile. Attentive too. Outdoor seating was spacious & comfy. 2 stalls in the ladies room was inconvenient when the restaurant is full. One waitress took a 15 min break in one of the stalls texting on her phone, knowingly that others were waiting. How did we know? No toilet flush, no tp rolling down n no hand washing n an occasional laugh.
My wife and I are not super fans of Applebee's because of the one here in town where we live. I won't even go there anymore. But it was the only place near where we were it was moderately priced and at least we knew what we were in for. Surprisingly the food wasn't too bad. My wife liked her quesadilla burger first time in a long time. So I'm going to give this one a three thumbs up, ie three stars. For Applebee's that's pretty good.Now as for me I had one of the new bowls. What annoyed me was there wasn't a single one there starting at $8 something as it says on the flyer they hand you. I had the alfredo chicken spinach bowl it was surprisingly good I have to admit.The layout of the restaurant was the old store like a TGIF. We sat at one of those booths by the bar.Here is where I want to make note that the place was clean. The bathrooms were clean, the floors were clean, and even the utensils were clean not to mention the glasses. Those of you who have read some of my other reviews know I don't like dirty glasses coming to the table for me to drink from or dirty silverware so I'll give this place an additional star for being clean.Happy travels and Good eats. Call the Cranston location on Friday 3/11/22 and spoke to a young man, he had no idea what he was doing while I was placing my order. I said you’re going to get this order wrong and he responded no I got you it’s correct. He repeated it and it was wrong. After thinking it as correct we picked it up got home and WRONG .. too many fries, didn’t get the tender meal kids meal completely wrong, cold, and wrong drink. Called and explained they said ok 20 minutes we’ll make it right. Nope went to the wrong address, in Cranston the driver called twice wrong area. Wrong city. He said I told him Cranston I said no told him again where I lived.. 35 minutes later cold food .. so done with this place
Its a good place to hangout with friends and families... We enjoyed the food and service ...
Waitress was great even when burger came with sauce on it and had asked for it on the side, plus was cold to touch. Had to wait a bit but burger came out hot and without sauce on it this time. All other meals were good with no issues.
Our waiter Nick H was great and the food was also great. Unfortunately the manager, Trish, was extremely rude. She went out of her way to come to our corner table and give us a rude snarky remark and then walked away before we could even reply. Our waiter had to apologize on her behalf, it was very unprofessional of her.
Customer Service was bad and the waitress Ciara B. made me and my fiancé uncomfortable, then assuming I was my fiancé father while we were out with my fiancé mother. Then she and another male employee with black hair and blonde highlights giving me a dirty look and even when he passed bye. Then they were making jokes at their register and pointing towards us then comes over repeatedly asking us questions then walk back laughing with the dude. I wouldn’t recommend this place and never go back to that place!
There were 9 of us celebrating my granddaughters 22nd birthday… Nick was our server and he didn’t miss a beat, plus he showed us how he can master the Rubick’s Cube!!Everything was great!!
Awful steak. It was overcooked, so I very kindly sent it back and asked for a new one, even when it came back it was just gross. Seasoned with only salt and pepper, didn't at all look like it does on the menu (it was grey BOTH TIMES so it wasn't the cook level). I ate 2 bites and immediately told them I did not like it at all. They took the plate, and didn't take it off the bill. Disappointed. My server was AMAZING, I just probably won't eat here again.
I thought that the food there is very good. Service is also better then average. Unfortunately, Some of their prices have gone up, also, lack of promotions, meal deals, now seem non-existent, other wise, a great restaurant. Very Good hamburgers, ribs, chicken and fries , some of my favorite entrees. I'd like to try there steak meal sometime. I like there extensive menu, and appetizers. Usually order trough Doordash, no issues, overall, recommended, especially if you're in the mood for a excellent burger..
